It takes a few weeks for the cups to start, doesn't it? The one i've set up for my mates is the 3 points for a win 1 for a draw etc, as usually a few of us runaway with it and everyone looses interest. But it's not updated so i'm trying to work out if i've fucked up or if it's the site. The head-to-head/cup leagues I've joined said they don't start until the 20th. I think it gives everyone some time to get their teams together/in the league.

I think Song deserves more than anyone else. Gervinho didn't have to slap Barton, regardless of what happened to get him into that position, but it wasn't pre-meditated like Song's was. Song looked down and took a stomp, that's worse than what anyone else did on the day.

Don't think we'll be too screwed for the ACN to be honest. I think we have enough in CM to cope with the month of January. We'll have to play a 4-5-1/4-3-3 but we can cope.

Just took some time to do my team (a week late, oh well). Starting with the following next week: http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/9662/fantasyj.jpg I actually went for something different this season. Instead of picking four defenders that are awesome with one shitty 4.5 QPR player or whatever I went for 3 strong starters and two alternates so I can change out depending on the match-ups each week. I usually take a pretty hands-off approach to my fantasy squad but this season I will actually be trying. Same thing with the keepers - two that I can choose from each week. Midfielders will pretty much pick themselves though once Ben Arfa is back. Strikers pick themselves because I wanted to drop some money on the front pairing.

Swansea are a tidy little side. Lovin' all this passing. Man City are far too robotic for all of the "flair" they supposedly have in their side. Mancini isn't the right fit there I don't think.
