Sure I read he’s played there/can play there. Didn’t Ancelotti see that as his best potential role? Might be hoping he said that! here it is: He told the Times in June 2020: “First of all, he has a lot of technical skills. He can combine this with a good physical condition and resistance and so I think he has no problem to play as a midfielder. "I put him, when he started to train with us, on the left side. He did really well, but I also think he can play as a No 10. In the final third, he has a lot of ability”

Hopefully before as he seemed to get through that game OK! -
Some quality players have already shown and will show the desire to be part of this journey we’re on. Eddie Howe’s coaching masterclass alone must factor for any bright talent with integrity.

Early goal for us would be good, Southampton have to go for it but may be cagey and try to hit us on the break. This would open them up early. So many capable of scoring in our side now. Would love a Botman goal -
We are blessed with captaincy possibilities.

With his dribbling filth it’s like he has a larger surface area of pitch to play on than everyone else! -
?? Think I’m living in catch-up world so I can binge.

Weekly, is that still a thing?

That’s the spirit -
I’m a romantic at heart and want to believe as long as they see growth and progress their love for us as a club and fan base (which is unique I believe) will have them follow their hearts for some time whilst we play catch-up wages FFP etc, before their wallets. Otherwise they’d be gone soon enough if the later was the case.

I’m sure it’s a No will be the answer. We don’t have to sell. If the players wanted the move different story, but they are in the love with us, as we are them ♥️?

Champions League prize in our sights! No more motivation needed for the team and crowd. Another goal fest please (a win of any sort will do mind). -
So pleased that isn’t our annual concern anymore. Makes me shudder the thought!

Either way, big 6, big 7, who’s giving up their seat at the table so we can squeeze a smaller one in to make it 7? We are making strides to take the fucking table. As long as the team keeps performing under Eddie, with his team working their magic, the meteoric rise will happen sooner than planned. The momentum is already there. This is written, the destiny we all knew was there, neglected and unloved under Ashley. “The diamond that just needs polishing” It’s what they’ve all feared. Our fears came true under Ashley, now we can all dream again. It happen. A win against Saints today would help!
