Your point has validity but Freddy Shepherd being s**** didn't stop me enjoying Bobby Robson's team. It's extraordinary to say that Pardew is a "small part" of the problem. If Mike Ashley walked away tomorrow and Pardew was left in charge, the football and results wouldn't improve one jot, and that's ultimately what we're all interested in. Plus it's Pardew who is responsible for giving away two of our prize assets. An owner buys a manager two French internationals and he handles them so badly that he ends up basically giving them away for nowt... How can that possibly be the owner's fault (apart from giving the manager the job in the first place, obviously)?

Owen is a little prick and constantly injured, but even considering only his time at Newcastle he's 10x the player Shola ever was.
-
That's a good article. Missing all of the regular bullshit.

Man this is the only thing that might convince me there is actually some hope of him getting sacked. The bookies generally know their s***... They do, but in this case it's more about the amount of money coming in on him. The good news is he's finally getting the negative attention he deserves.
-
He's done for then. Last roll of the dice and he's going to look like an idiot.

In a couple of those pictures you can see the Georgia Dome in the top left, home of the Atlanta Falcons and a venue that has hosted international football, the Super Bowl, and other high profile events.
-
That's a load of turnip. Sorry like It's not.
-
I really think Pardew is going to leave him on the bench for Southampton.

Some US stadiums... CenturyLink Field, home of the Seattle Sounders (MLS) and Seattle Seahawks (NFL) http://www.randomnesspersonified.com/Images/Sounders/2011/7-20-11-ManchesterUnited/ManU_640.jpg The Rose Bowl, primarily used for college football, but also the site of the 1994 World Cup Final http://guides.la.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Rose-Bowl-game.jpg PPL Park, home of the Philadelphia Union http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f9/PPL_Park_Interior_from_the_Southwest_Stands_2010.10.02.jpg/1280px-PPL_Park_Interior_from_the_Southwest_Stands_2010.10.02.jpg

I'd be upset except this is a solid nail in Pardew's coffin. See you in October Siem with a new manager.

Doesn't someone on here run this account? @UtdForNewcastle: Heard some disturbing, but not unsurprising stuff about the atmosphere in the dressing room today, from a player at the club. @UtdForNewcastle: For obvious reasons I can't disclose a source, but they're a fringe first team player. Several things: @UtdForNewcastle: 1) While no personal animosity exists, Coloccini and Jonas apparently believe Pardew to be the worst coach they've ever worked under. @UtdForNewcastle: 2) Player doesn't even know where Jonas is. 3) Player has been lied to by Pardew about playing time recently. 4) Organisation at club awful. @UtdForNewcastle: Now, I'm not trying to be libellous so I'm going to have to add the word 'apparently' to all that. But the source is good. @UtdForNewcastle: 5) Player wants to go on loan, but it's been blocked. 6) Atmosphere at club means player wants to leave for own future despite being fan. @UtdForNewcastle: 7) Colo stayed for the fans. Whilst there were personal problems, he wanted out to get away from Pardew and the toxicity. @UtdForNewcastle: Finally 8) Ben Arfa genuinely is quite unpopular in the dressing room, but that may well be down to his attitude due to being screwed over.

People should really focus on the commercial revenue if they want to go after him. Matchday revenue decrease can be explained too easily by trying to keep the sport affordable for fans. It's not just that of course, but it is part of it.
-
Steady on, like. He looks a real prospect, helped us draw at home to Crystal Palace and is obviously better than Alsoran but that's it, for now. Plus, you're all assuming Pardew actually drops Gouffran for him. Starting a teenager away in the south of England? That's too much for Alan to handle.

Same area, but a stadium (JFK) that's long gone. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/01/Municipal_Stadium_Philadelphia.jpg
-
I know it was old, decrepit, unneeded, and probably unsafe but The Spectrum was an incredible building. 18k capacity, but felt like half that. A great place for concerts and the bands felt it was special too - always quality shows there. Similar to MSG in that regard.
-
Unfortunately, the old Yankee stadium is now this (although at least it's still ball fields)... If you're looking for stadiums close to one another, it's tough to beat the setup in Philadelphia. http://www.scssd.org/userfiles/sportscomplex-campus-large.jpg And yes, they have had events at the same time in multiple venues. Unfortunately the arena in the top left has been demolished in favor of an entertainment facility (bars, restaurants, etc.) Bottom left is NBA/NHL, bottom right is NFL, and top right is baseball.

The only number there that really bothers me is the Pardew one. The fact that 1 of every 6 Newcastle fans is happy with him is infuriating. Mixed views on Charnley at this point seems about right to me and some will defend Ashley to the bitter end because of our improved financial state. Plus, it really doesn't matter how much we hate Ashley - he's going to do what he wants.

Please be true. I wish there wasn't a goddamn international break. An extra week this cocksucker gets to hold onto a job he doesn't deserve. I hope he's squirming. Slimy bastard.
