One way they can look at it is they are 7 behind Swansea with a game in hand and they still have to play them at home. Plus their goal difference is better. They have 3 'big' clubs and Leicester away which are tough, but they should be looking at getting points from the other games, particularly West Ham (who have lost to 2 strugglers in a row now), Swansea and Bournemouth at home. However, this was arguably their easiest game on paper and they didn't take advantage. You can get 9/1 on them to stay up now so it is clearly unlikely. Being VERY generous to them, I could see about 11 or 12 points from those fixtures, giving them 31 - 32 points. They're not going to survive on that are they?

They'll get an unexpected win against one of the big boys, but won't win all of the "winnable" games IMHO. And they haven't got a derby against us to give them a little kick on - the boro game is the same to them as it is to us, so unimportant. So, in short, they're fucked.
