  1. Every time Bruno celebrates a tackle or dispossession like that it reminds me of a very old meme
  2. I've said it more than once in these last 2 years, but until we win something that'll take some beating.
  3. Looks like they're staying at Innside by Melia. Has been my go-to when staying up the last couple of seasons but has become the regular for the away teams, which is annoying and quite surprising - it's nice, but there's fancier places for sure. No availability whatsoever when I checked for tomorrow night, wonder if they've booked the whole thing to avoid any late night fire alarm issues...
  4. So all other teams that have been wronged by VAR, that have had apologies from PGMOL for glaring errors have just had to get on with it… but Liverpool, after Fabinho somehow stayed on the pitch repeatedly last year, get one shitter, and suddenly they’re ‘exploring all options’ and ‘escalating’. And they wonder why people fucking hate them
  5. I love seeing Liverpool get fucked over, but I really don’t understand how that was offside. Didn’t even draw the lines…

    Mason Greenwood

Maximum payout for unfair dismissal is £105k, so unless he claims some form of discrimination then it’s not exactly a big number for the Mancs if they really wanted to get rid. But they don’t.
  7. Why is it these cunts every time? Sick and tired of it. Only small mercy was train strikes meant I wasn’t there in person.

  9. Ando piggy-backing on pizza rob for glory. Sad times for an old itk
  10. I think it's really wise to try and steer away from this more loyal / better fan argument. It can only be divisive and I think it allows the club to ignore the core issue if we're all at each others throats. Focus needs to be on the random seat allocation and inability to choose price outside of a large range. It seems the fanbase can mainly agree there and if it can keep pushing the matter with the club via social media, supporters groups, etc then there's a hope of a positive outcome. Once the in-fighting starts the focus is lost and we all bicker amongst ourselves and the club moves on.
  11. The only player in the current squad where the atmosphere in the ground tangibly changes when he gets the ball. I get the frustrations and see both sides of the argument, but personally I'll be absolutely gutted to see him go.
  12. Hopefully this year’s Frenkie de Jong to Mancs saga
  13. I would take Johnson for the squad for sure.
  14. Most I've looked forward to being at a game in ages, bizarrely, despite having a ball at almost every game this season. While I'd love to finish third, all real pressure is off, there's going to be 3,000 of us in the ground and as I understand it a load more in town, and we just get to have one massive party in the backyard of a team who have spent multiples what we have and are nowhere near us right now, all of it being 10 minutes walk from my house, rather than the normal 10 hour round trip. Couldn't have had a better close out to the season from a selfish perspective.
  15. That makes sense. It’s not the nicest part of london at all. Think that’s why you get all the Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden meet ups (neither of which I would describe as go to areas on a normal night out to be fair)
  16. Pretty sure you can find shitty areas of most cities, particularly those around stadiums that have huge footfall of fairly boisterous football fans. Go to London with someone who knows the city and spend some time here outside a football match, I promise there’s a bit more than chicken shops and shit flat pack housing.
  17. Sat at Kings Cross for what must be the 18th or 19th and final time this season (missed 2-3 league games, went to 2 home cup ones). Equally excited and nervous, early goal would be a great nerve settler. Slightly relieved for a few weeks without a ten hour round trip, but will be missing it before we roll into July. Really don’t know what I’m going to do if we qualify, will be looning around newcastle solo for a good few hours before bed and a 7am train back for work tomorrow PM. If we get that point or more, will be worth every minute, even if not I’m looking forward to clapping and cheering every one of them post-match for this season. I really hope if the worst happens people don’t just fuck off, the players deserve lauding regardless.
  18. Weirdly, I think the destruction of Arsenal last year came back to bite us, as they put everything into it as something they had to prove. The only game they looked up for it since first half at Liverpool, was against us. still think we were unlucky, but if they had played like they had in any game since the Scouse game, against us, when we played like we did too, we would have eaten them
  19. Really do not know how to feel. Odds show us as 100-1 on, but not outlandish to have a shitter with a bunch of injuries and Monday go wrong way, after which I’d be absolutely bricking it. But I’d have ripped your arms and legs off for a draw with scousers today. Just felt so fucking close. Argh, roll on Monday
