Someone suggesting Neil Lennon on RTG
-
The Times today claiming he is very close to signing for Arsenal. I hope Arsenal are grateful that we're keeping a good relationship with them (by not selling to PSG instead) and give us a first dibs on their best youngsters like maybe Frimpong on loan.
-
I'd rather sell to Arsenal than PSG. A good relationship with Arsenal could come in handy (loan players)
-
He's a good player, i don't rate any of their other signings but he's a good player. I'd much rather have him in the team than Jonas, fair play to them. If he had a similar club career in England we'd be calling it uninspiring!
-
Why do they wet themselves over Giaccherrini? He played less for Juventus than Adam Johnson did for City and Johnson has been crap for them! He's in his late 20's and was playing Serie B/C until he got a lucky break a couple of seasons back.
-
If he does a good job there will be a hell of a lot of backtracking on here.
-
Mario Gomez signs for Fiorentina! If Man City or Chelsea had signed him it would be looked upon as a very good transfer, never mind Fiorentina.
-
Bet only about 1% of people angry about withdrawing the interest in Douglas have seen him play.
-
The seethe on RTG will reach uncharted territory if a Kinnear powered NUFC are successful next season. I fear for that forum, I really do.
-
Like it or not, Joe Kinnear has the job and the decision won't be reversed. A head coach and DoF have totally different responsibilities... nothing to say JK won't be a success. If the club is successful next season Joe deserves as much credit as anyone.
-
All he will be doing is identifying and trying to buy players, hardly worth burning a season ticket over. Pardew is in charge of coaching, tactics etc. How do we know he won't be brilliant at the job?
-
Why does he have tattoos of Mussolini then. 'I was-a intoxicated at the-a time'?
-
Chelsea, the derby and Everton up next 0/9
-
Don't worry lads, their class remains intact despite this: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showthread.php?t=770673

Miliband resigning really is a PR nightmare. It has drawn attention to DI Canio's fascism x100 more in the media.
-
They will have a hard time maintaining the 'classy club' mantra if they appoint Di Canio
-
If he was played up front all season he'd have 15 tbf.
-
Surely even the people who were a bit lukewarm about this must want us to go at it full throttle now?
-
Picking up a bit, and been involved in their wins. He has done nothing apart from 3 games because he doesn't have the pace to play in MoN's system.
-
Bet that will amount to nothing - when is the last time MoNg bought a player that isn't/hadn't ever played in Britain?
-
This is when the good shit starts! Hard teams left and direct knock out football. Even looking forward to the procedure of the baldy UEFA blokey taking an ice age to draw the balls and the bit where he makes an annoying joke to the 'famous former player helper' prior to revealing the name on the piece of paper to frustrate us all for another few moments.

Yeah, I have come to notice in the past that some Celtic fans love to think they're "Brothers in arms" with Barca fans hahaha. I don't really know much about the relationship, if there's even a real one, between Celtic and Barca tbh. I thought it was just delusional crap at first, but here's a quote from Xavi... "Celtic, like Barcelona, are more than a football club. Our clubs are a symbol of a culture and community that has not always been made welcome in their respective countries."

http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showpost.php?p=14024561&postcount=8 What exactly makes them so 'classy'?
