  1. Sarfampton still winless, Stockport grab a late equaliser
  2. Spurs get an injury time winner
  3. as if by magic Bristol City 2-1 Boro
  4. Sheff Utd WBA has just had two quickfire goals to make it 1-1. Draw suits us in that fixture. 2-1 WBA now.

  6. Stoke beating the mackems at half time. Dave Kitson. lol
  7. Playing two centre-midfielders up front will fucking wreck Nile's confidence.

Dave Benson-Phillips hasn't half let himself go.

just because you say these things doesn't change the fact they have no basis in reality. Some of us prefer illusions to despair.
  10. "Bale unsure on Newcastle loan move"
  11. I'm sure Shevchenko came off the bench for Chelsea against the mackems? His wages were a reported £103,000 a week plus bonuses, so unless he's willing to divide those wages by 10 then somehow I don't see this being a goer.
  12. Would not blame Hughton in the slightest for setting us up for a point.
  13. AND TOMMY SMITH - THE NEW RONALDO. Smacks of another Nugent, excellent in the Championship yet shite in the PL. At least he was cheaper for them though.

    Ashley's blouson? Alan Oliver's face.
  15. ESPN I think. Ace, when is it on?
  16. That's the kind of model that will work for a team like Stoke though. A goalie, nine bruisers and a flair player.

As long as no-one leaves that's not the end of the world. We can still get a few loan signings after that point to tide us over until January anyway can't we? Not to mention a fair amount of frees still kicking about.
  18. That is an excellent signing for Stoke.
  19. Imagine if Kinnear was in charge. He'd probably start with Steven Taylor as a lone striker and leave Nile as an unused sub. Bit like Hoddle at Spurs a while ago, playing a fucking CB up front and leaving the kids on the bench and wrecking their confidence And yet you've just suggested that we play a reserve team midfielder up front and leave Ranger on the bench. Donaldson is in the Smith role of being able to play CM and also as a striker. Ranger's just had a start too, not to mention numerous sub appearances so far this season. Donaldson hasn't appeared yet (to my knowledge) and it's surely worth chucking him in to see what he's made of.
