  1. Despite his age, and being inexperienced at this level, I think he is a very good player and hopefully we'll continue to see him around the first team squad in the next few months. I actually think he's an attacking midfielder rather than a defensive midfielder.

    Showed some good touches today.

    Welcome aboard.

    At least his third account.

    No clue who it is

  2. JFK atleast never tried to pretend he was someone else, there was no airs or graces with him, if someone needed to be called a c*** he called them a c***.

    100%

Air and graces. Excellent way to describe Pardew. Absolutely hate the sound he makes when he pronounces his "s's". So fucking contrived trying to sound like something he's not.

  3. George Caulkin ‏@CaulkinTheTimes

Pardew on Debuchy: “fingers crossed he passes the medical, that’s probably key to that." Says personal terms talks "have gone well."

What the fuck does that even mean? Obviously a player passing a medical is vital otherwise what's the point? Pardew doesn't half come out with some shit. By far the worst "speaker" we've ever had as manager in my time supporting the club.

  4. Feel for him with the Cisse thing - he'll have prepared with Ba in the middle and to lose him on the day of the game makes things very difficult. To accommodate Cisse in middle he'd have had to change the formation from the one which he has prepared the team to play.

Utter bollocks of an excuse!! It's not as if Cisse has never played up front ffs! What preparation? Can someone please explain to me how in the hell Ba leaving affected our preparation? It's not like Cisse would have to shoe-horned into a CF role! Fuck me man! I really can't get my head around it.

  5. How in the name of all that is f*** did this lad not start?

I know he's a young lad and all that, but can't help but feel our total deviation from trying to play the football we did away at Man Utd and Arsenal was in part down to him being missing from the midfield. Always wants the ball, tends to use it well and generally plays a big part in keeping us moving and ticking over.

Thought he even managed to look half-decent at doing this by the time he came on tonight, but by then everything else had gone to s***.

Incredulous that Ameobi started ahead of keeping Bigi in the team.

Bringing a player like Bigi when we're chasing the game is a ridiculously amateurish decision. You're basically bringing on a deer into the headlights. He should have started the game, and had a chance to measure the rhythm and understand the movement of the Everton players from minute 1. He's so young and inexperienced he won't know what to do coming on as a sub - for an attacking player no less - when we're trying to play catch-up.

It's not the same as bringing on Sammy or Ranger as these two, despite their lack of experience are both forwards. Bigi isn't.

Seriously. Everything points to Pardew having no idea what he's doing, and my hope is that the owner and his MD have learned enough about football to have seen this by now.

  6. I don't think we should sack him, after all he did get us to fifth. BUT we do need a stern f***ing word telling him that if we get relegated he's get the sack. Still can't get over his squad selection tonight, Cisse was gagging to be great but Pards tactics denied him.

    :anguish:

  7. What really grinds on my nuts is his piss poor excuse for playing Cisse out wide again. Not enough preparation time my ass. It's a pathetic excuse from someone who is fast running out of excuses. If he had a clue how to manage a football team he would have no problems slotting players in and out of different positions as circumstances dictate.

Oh, and clearly, Al mate, your preparation and "game plan" didn't work. Again.

Fuck off. Sick of this shit now.

  8. Again, I thought he had a good game, played the odd bad ball but other then that his passing was good and his tackling better.

Watch the game again and count the number of times he gave the ball directly to an Everton player when passing forward. Really hoping the trip to SA will do him some good and he'll come back with a bit of perspective.

  9. This guy doesn't have a fucking clue.

Fellaini tangled with someone at some point in front of him, no one in the crowd made a sound, and you could hear him desperately pleading for a foul from the ref. He's completely out of his depth and anyone who thinks otherwise knows nothing about football.

It's going to end in tears for him sooner or later. Might as well get rid while we still have some semblance of a chance to make it right.

  10. Whoever keeps playing s*** and giving goals away I'd think.

If that's your criteria then it's Colo then.

What utter bollocks. Tiote has just been taken off and rightly so. He has given away possession almost with every forward pass he's made. Complete liability.

  11. He's been shooting from long-range lately yes, but I'm not sure it is because he's ignoring Cisse.

He's always been greedy but he seems especially reluctant to give it to Cisse.

Maybe because he knows his (and Cisse's) link-up play is average at best.

That doesn't really make any sense. If he's in a good position to pass to Cisse, then why should he not even if their general understanding of each other isn't the best? Football isn't so rigid man!
