Based on the season ticket sales they could do with hurrying up the big signing because I think there are plenty of unsold seats left this year.

I'm quite confident that if the club were aiming to shift ST's by making a couple of big signings, it would all be part of a planned out business and marketing plan, that would materialize at the right time. For this reason, and knowing Ashley's penchant for the sensational, I wouldn't be surprised if we were pleasantly surprised by events unfolding at tomorrow's open day.

It's the middle of August, and as most of you, my addiciton to N-O triples, but quadruples at this time, waiting to hear about who we've signed and who we've shipped off.

Plenty of rumours (good and bad) are making the rounds, and we have a couple of incoming/outgoing deals in the pipeline waiting to be confirmed.

I hope everyone realises that a playmaker can be the defensive midfielder, just look at Milan (Pirlo is usually the playmaker tere). They dictate the play and they controll the plays. Im not talking about every team but this might be the case with Coloccini.

The key to how much truth there is in this will be when Colo steps out onto the pitch. If he starts in midfield i may be tempted to believe it.
