I can see Mitro coming off the bench and then start at home in our next game against Wolverhampton. He's not match fit so i can't see him starting tonight without getting any minutes at all before his first start. Just my gut feeling..
You're probably right.
-
Atsu will probably start in our next home game, same with Lazaar is my guess. Can see Yedlin starting tonight instead of Gouffran if he's a doubt. Not sure i would play Yedlin in this position myself but we're away so it wouldn't surprise me if Rafa goes a bit defensive and wants his pace on the counter. Unless he goes with Perez or Lazaar on the LW. f*** knows anymore, we have options
He'll shift Ritchie to the left and play Yedlin on the right, especially if Mitrovic will start.

Where the f*** is Tiote?

i've decided i like him and am sticking with it, preposterous hair & hairline plus running around loads dead fast
i'm in
Same. I liked him in the world cup but hated him at the mackems and was determined to give him grief when he joined but I can't help it. Could be a good laugh watching him leave some cloggers for dead in this division.

This guy has come in under the radar the past few games but I can see him developing into a massive figure for us this season. His experience and quality is a cut above in this league. He worked his arse to a pulp at Derby. If that chip had been on target...

Portuguese is such a beautiful language but that song is fucking gash. Respect to Neymar for wanting to have more fun in his life, but fuck off releasing singles man

Apparently they woz very lucky not to give away a pen in the dying seconds. Jammy cunts.

if he's shit
if he's canny

Steve Parish is a fucking moron. His Twitter page reads like a petulant 15 yr old's. He is stupid enough to employ al pards so no surprise really.
-
His tackling isn't the best but it's good to see him making it harder for people to pass him. I actually thought he was better defensively than Colback was for the majority of the game.
-
Nearly all of Derby's better attacks came down his flank, and they were clearly targeting him. He's doing okay, but we need a better alternative.
Possibly because their better attacker was on that side as well? It's not always a slide rule. He's our starting right-back when full strength, and rightly so.

The vision to spot the situation in the box, the confidence to try it, and the inch perfect execution of that cross are an exact summary of what Shelvey can potentially be as an attacking force. If we got this Shelvey in 7 out of 10 games, we'd win the league at a canter.
-
That's exactly how you look in my hear Ron you handsome pasty bastard.
-
There's hyperbole, and then there's Colback. He REALLY offers nothing apart from getting out of position chasing shadows. Driving the ball forward twice in a match with plenty of space in front of you as a midfielder shouldn't be applauded. It's the least he can f***ing do. Pitiful athlete, horrific footballer. Robbing a living.

Impressive levels of concentration throughout the team becoming a regular thing. We are constantly switched on and proactive. During a period in the second half we seemed to be letting them in a bit, but certain players won a couple of 50-50's, and made a couple of solid clearances, and we just went on to shut them out, and didn't look in danger of conceding.
-
Seems embarrassed by the adulation he's getting from the press, and is constantly praising the players and giving them 100% of the credit. He is the very definition of a leader, and is fantastic at the football malarky as a bonus. Love him.

Maybe you saying "it" should have got me thinking, but I just googled Fanduel to find out which club he plays for, and why he supposedly should be good to start on my team
Joined Watford in July didn't it?

Is Perez going to be starting for Arsenal? Literally know nothing about him apart from his name and club.
-
Tubesock been in here yet?
Delighted Spurs have been fleeced for once. He clearly is a cut above in the championship. Can he deliver for one of the "big boys"?
-
A potential right-flank of Jesus and Christian.
Crosses galore with Mohamed to aim at. We could end up keeping Moses if his move to Real doesn;t materialise. NUFC gone full on biblical this summer.
-
Spurs wouldn't pay what we wanted for Wijnaldum, can't see them doing so for Sissoko. It's Monday and the deadline is Wednedsay, if there is no movement by tonight I think he might be here until Jan
Spurs is the last club I'd sell to for any kind of reasonable price. I'd put a price tag on him of 30m. I'd only sell to Spurs if we could fleece Loathsome Levy for 50m.

Lots of potential. Hopefully he can show it if he signs!
Just so long as he isn't De Jong, mark II...
We've already had a De Jong mark II and have just sacked him off to PSV.

I don't think we've got any borderline decisions at home this year. They've all been straight forward decisions
The second yellow could be seen as a borderline 6 of one half a dozen of the other (cliche-tastic). I thought it was clearly a foul and a yellow personally, but IMO not all refs would have given a second yellow for it.

I'm ok with that as long as we win tbh.
