Germany drawing with Cameroon another example, 9 times out of 10 Germany win that in the tournament. Argies for example look pretty turd by their standards here vs TrinIdad and Tobago. Come the group games they'll score plenty IMO.

If you're red carded in a competitive game it counts towards the next competitive game. That's why Mandzukic is suspended for the first game. Thought so too, but it was worth a question.
