  1. They do, but so did PSG, Chelsea and Man City.
  2. How the fuck haven't they had a word with the cameraman by now?
  3. It's like a Hollywood film!!
  4. The nauseating narrative has already begun. If you'd believe common consensus Real Madrid are lucky to be here yet at the same time Liverpool are plucky underdogs.... but are also definitely going to win. Go figure.
  5. I'd generously describe that as a fucking wild last day.
  6. I fully expect, in the final act of trolling in the Man City to win by 5 bet, for them to register another 5-1 today.

He's lost the ball several times, which Sky described as "bringing the ball under his spell". Sunderland deservedly winning this, but yeah will surely need a fair bit of investment.
  8. Also, fwiw, Vieira should have leathered the cunt.
  9. Very well put. Also mixed with the obsession that is social media. People more bothered about being seen to enjoy themselves instead of just enjoying themselves.
  10. give over, if it was a Newcastle player biting back at a pundit he'd be lauded. Carragher took it well, give and take and all that.
  11. Very worried, we are still 100% in the shit. We need to get rid of so, so much deadwood, but it is logistically impossible to do all that in one window without leaving our squad totally threadbare, and it's already thin as it is. There are certain players though who even yesterday were pathetic - Coleman was past it 5 years ago, I've seen milk turner quicker than Andre Gomes and Michael Keane looks confused whenever he sees a football. I'm still undecided on Lampard. I'm amused, I have to say, by the sheer vitriol he seems to trigger in a lot of people through some quite generic comments, although clearly the media darling stuff about how he has performed a miraculous job will naturally be nauseating. He's been very naive in some games and made huge errors (we only improved yesterday after he corrected his own glaring errors), but he has also shown signs of learning. He does seem committed to overhauling an awful lot of the club which I'm all for. Unfortunately there is so much long-term damage at the club that one summer isn't going to fix it, so yes the likelihood is we will struggle.
  12. What is that based on? It's sheer speculation. He might have, he might not have (and would probably have been sacked later in the season). We had 19 points from 20 games, had just been beaten by the worst team in the league and were in the middle of an utterly toxic environment. One that yes, was partly generated by some fans who took the anti-Liverpool thing too far, but was also in part undoubtedly created by him. Just days previously he had forced out of one of our better players for seemingly nothing more than a tactical disagreement, just to try to prove who the boss was. Who knows what would have happened? But saying he would have kept us up in such a presumptive fashion is mere speculation based on the success he had at Newcastle.
  13. Not sure if I'm missing something here? It's just that, it looks like you've posted the link to a thread on an Everton forum from 10 years ago about why some strangers on the Internet don't like Newcastle, and are using that as the basis of your viewpoint. If you wanted a zinger, you could have dug up my quote about not seeing you as rivals, shortly before you beat us at Goodison Park and went on to finish 5th.
  14. I totally get why people would want us down, its always funny if the "biggest" fish drops. Don't quite get the level of vitriol from some on here who seem gutted that we haven't gone, but there we are. We've got a fuck load of work to do to not be in trouble next season. Even tonight there were a number of utterly pitiful performances.
  15. Still raging about that tackle. Honestly incredible.
  16. In the latest in "good value so won't win", I can't resist having another go on Toffolo to score tonight for Huddersfield. Home leg, 5 goals in 8, playing as a very attacking wing back. First leg he got an assist and almost won a penalty so he was definitely involved. 12/1 boosted on Sky again just looks comfortably too long.
  17. Totally agree with this mind. To say they offer so many props markets, major work is needed with the stats used to settle them.
  18. Was going to say. Taking the money is irrelevant, it'll get deducted from your account balance. Could potentially argue it and get it as bet credits/free bet, perhaps.
  19. It's hard to really quantify how much went wrong in that clusterfuck of a game, quite a good summary of our season.
  20. Standard luck for me.
  21. It is but its not just a 365 rick as PP were/are 7s. Tbh whenever I find value like this it rarely comes in. Fingers crossed.
