There is this and I know we are shambolic but let's not pretend he hadn't majorly contributed. 6 points in 13 games man. Also us sacking him 2 days after selling one of our best players he ostracised is Everton. It is so Everton.

Spurs Arsenal off. Pathetic.
-
It was quietly an absolutely unreal pass from Cancelo. Not spectacular but a tiny bit harder or softer and it gets intercepted. Makes the goal, lovely finish obviously.

Go big or go home with the free bet. I have not stayed home. Olise goal and 2+ shots Macallister goal and 2+shots Lallana card 500/1. Easy.

What on earth are you rambling on about? I made a very simple point about there being blame on both sides but this fits a pattern of Benitez ostracising players who'd previously had no issues at the clubs hes managed. There's not much not to "have". Then for some reason you've gone off the rails talking about him being ex Liverpool in what I can only describe as a bizarrely partisan defence of him. If he starts winning us games to help move on from his disastrous campaign so far, all will be well.

What a load of shite. He's ostracised one of our best players, in one of the few positions we had someone of actual quality, because he dared to have a very valid opinion on his tactics. I dont doubt blame is attached to Digne too as there are always 2 sides, but save it with the Rafa is a saint nonsense. As for his dignity he's doing a good enough job of losing that himself. The best way he can help that is have a team pick up more than 6 points from their last 12 games.

What's the tomato source for this?

Tbf read about 10 different rumours on it. The most likely appears to be a loan, which also makes no sense and can't see how he'll improve us. Got far bigger concerns.

Has anyone got a list of Chelseaa FA Cup draws from say last 10 years? An utterly insane amount of home games v lower division teams.
-
Thank goodness Liverpool realised they actually had a load more players to select just 3 days after their game at Arsenal was postponed.
-
Same here. So many things just not going to form and the standard of refereeing has been appalling / letting such clear cards go. If there's any value today will have a go but if no luck going to knock it on the head for a little while.

Would it be fair to say that while embarrassing, the result in itself isn't one to be totally arsed about given the bigger picture and just merely reconfirms the urgent necessity for January arrivals?

Friend has been an absolute disgrace today, barely even awarding free kicks for blatant fouls let alone cards. There was someone in 2nd half who grabbed our player, was almost falling off him cos he lost a hold of his shirt, and Friend just watched it happen with no punishment. Wonder if there's there's a directive to let things go in FA Cup which obviously would be bonkers.
-
We do, but you've picked a pretty poor example.
-
Man Utd are playing like us just with better players. Completely passive, no coherence, reliant on someone doing something individually to save them. However they don't get punished anywhere near enough for their mediocrity.
-
Hes been a disgrace.

I'm happy to give him more time as his record deserves it and you're right that we badly need some stability. But he's seriously not helping himself at the moment. 5 points in 12 games is diabolical whatever way you cut it - I'm willing to accept a transitional season to implement his methods but that needs to improve ASAP because that is quite simply relegation form. The one beacon of light is it sounds like he's getting a lot bigger hand in transfers.
-
Makes little to no sense. Don't understand what he's really achieving other than getting rid of one of our best players in one of the few positions we have someone of actual quality (albeit hes been below his best the last 12 months). In short, club is a fucking mess but Rafa is threatening to make it worse rather than better.
-
It's not solely because of the fans at all, though. It's because our club needs gutting from top to bottom. He's not helping himself however with a series of utterly bewildering decisions. Players may have let him down, we may have had some bad luck with injuries but it genuinely seems like he's losing the plot. Playing an ageing full back out of position instead of the extremely capable left back he'd ostracised on the bench is indicative of where things are at.
-
No need for stuff like this IMO. "Middling" my arse.
-
Jutgla goal, Garcia card. 29/1 looks very long for that on 365 based on recent form.
-
It is, and several players need putting in the bin, but playing 5 at the back at home to Brighton with Coleman at LB while Digne sits on the bench is indicative of a man who is losing the plot.
-
Agreed. Would be total bullshit.

Wonder if Watford will pencil in a Covid outbreak circa 13th January.
