That said, Minto is making Espanyol sound like a regional rabble of semi-professionals. "Who would have ever seen this coming?" Sort of ignoring Barca's mediocrity away from home; phenomenal team or not. Barca were lacking urgency for much of that and got punished, much like they've been on numerous occasions this year.

I think getting a late equalising goal against your fierce rivals who happen to have one of the greatest collection of players ever is worthy of a little celebration.

As mentioned in the other thread, had some money on Fabregas FGS. Good day so far. Also got a small stake (and I'm talking small as in normal small, not David28 "I'll just stick 50 euros on this" small ) on Palermo to win 2-1, but that's not looking likely at all. Edit: "Don't think Napoli will win. Palermo are good at home and Napoli haven't been too consistent this season." They're 3 up. Nice one Neil.

Gah, Leeds, Boro or West Ham coming up would make me deeply unhappy. Don't want Boro up, as much I reject the idea that our games with them are derbies I just hate their fans. They are always causing trouble when we play them and to be honest I'm sick of kids getting bricks thrown at them down there and our seats being ripped out and thrown at us at SJP. Leeds is still a pretty big club, and I'd rather them back up then a team like fucking Wigan or whatever else is in the Championship. Imagine Barnsley in the Premiership. Try 13 years ago.

The key thing is most of their top players are out. SWP is probably the best player they have left and so far he hasn't set the world alight at QPR. Not least because the box of matches are on the top shelf at home.

I don't trust us to beat anyone at the moment. Shrewsbury, Oldham, Tranmere, Bradford just 4 teams who've beaten us in the not so distant past in the FA Cup.
