Is it a European directive the they stop the game when there's a VAR review ongoing rather than wait for the ball out of play? Twice we had possession and he just stopped the play which allowed them to get back into a better position

@brummie think you might regret selling Jaden Philogene? He looks far too good for the Championship. Unless you've got a buy back clause? Think you've got a buy back for Ramsey at Burnley if I'm not mistaken

I think in the summer after Howe arrived he was possibly behind ASM, Fraser and maybe Murphy too and probably murmurings he would leave. He was great last night

The whole pantomime of referees going over to the screen is such a facade they may as well just tell the referee to reverse their decision. I think I remember one occasion Michael Oliver stuck with his decision after being sent to the monitor and pretty much every other decision is changed

I can't believe whoever the VAR person was even sent him to the monitor.

If that's a handball (it isn't) then surely Skriniar should have been sent off for his handball in the first half

Great first half

Yeah was chatting to someone at the match on Saturday and they said they don't mind us losing tonight as we need to concentrate on Man Utd I love beating Manchester United but we play them at least twice a season anyway. We've waited 20 years to be in a champions league group stage
-
Our lot were provoking them when they came to Newcastle mind

I always felt like Bournemouth had a specific type of player they bought usually young English players from Liverpool/Chelsea or the Championship They've changed that a bit this summer
-
Looked a good player every time I've seen him

How was that not a foul

Freddie Ljungberg's accent is wild

Enjoyed that bit on MNF about Villa's high line and that Spurs were caught offside 8 times yesterday. Takes a pretty elite manager to coach that to a defensive line and it effecively won them the game
