Sad day for football. Always came across as a really sound person. Great manager too.

Is the site not loading for anyone else?

See they play Halifax away 21st April. Will try and get along to that, the ground is nearly closer to me than it is Halifax.

I dont know any of the finer details of this, and any other club's potential transgressions, or even really the rules for certain, but this still stinks a little. If you've got rules in place they have the be enforced, otherwise there's zero point in any rules at all and its just the wild west. Whether or not those rules are fit for purpose is another matter entirely. If other clubs have broken the rules, they need to be enforced the same way they are being with Everton. If other clubs have managed to swerve the rules by exploiting loopholes, then those loopholes need closing but you cant apply them retroactively. If they've swerved them with fancy accounting, that's breaking the rules and they should be punished. The stuff coming out about the Roman years sound insane and clear rule breaking, but who knows what finer detail may get them off. Same with City. The whole thing is a fucking mess. There's no real authority enforcing this, and lumping clubs and fans with the consequences when it's individuals at fault isnt good for football. I think the authoritative bodyt needs to have much more clout and there needs to be more consequences on individuals higher up, rather than for the fans. \And it has to be enforced by law. You'd see a change in attitude then. -
Probably already have someone in mind for that RW slot. Wouldn't be surprised if we wouldn't have seen Palmer as attainable. Think the move was a bit of a surprise all round.

Cole Palmer was easy worth 40m. Think Chelsea got a bargain, personally. I'd have spunked that to have him here in a heartbeat.

Gambled and captained Mitoma over Haaland and Salah. Im an idiot, that's why.

Situations like this is where over a decade of under investment in to our academy comes home to roost. Ideally you'd have a young academy prospect who could fill the gap in parts.

Also, why does he have the sling on his right arm in the first shot and left on the second?
-
I think he can skip a few chest days.

Is it only a 5a for their Home games?!

Of course you have been forced to be a Championship football viewer in the not so distant past.
-
Knock yasel out. Just a bit mad to hear overseas PL football fans watching Championship football. Love it.
-
Are you watching Blackburn vs Preston, @Mike? Championship is a decent watch imo, lots of rough games obviously but back end of the Championship especially is great viewing. The race for the playoffs is mint.

I think this lad will take a little settling in. Given his age obviously, but also him being between positions and therefore between tactics and mentality, he's not a settled player, imo. Not his fault, its only natural. I think he'll retain the ability to be able to cover more than one position, but I think we'll be looking to cement him in a single position to give him that direction and confidence, whilst having in mind what else he can be used or. Be massive if he and we can pull it off, should give us an extra dimension.
