Our U21s are playing Man U at Old Trafford tonight. They are top in the U21 league, we are second - same number of points but we've got a game in hand. Our policy is to play as many U18s as we can at U21, and loan out the older players for experience, so it's mainly kids tonight. Man U are playing Falcao, Victor Valdes, and Rafael .

A third of the squad is deadwood we're trying to shift, the rest are mainly youngsters. Factor in an insane number of games, and I'm surprised we are where we are.
