  1. Absolute nee chance it's Yaya Sanogo man.
  2. Yeah their academy is as brilliant as their fantastic chairman
  3. Boro's fantastic academy
  4. Another thing is that he doesn't seem to have an EU passport. Can see this one being bollocks tbh.
  5. He's 22. Btw if we do sign him I'm now convinced we're using FM09 to do our scouting.
  6. His Brazilian pedigree is fantastic like, but he's done nowt in Europe. Think i remember Tim Vickery saying he was a finisher 1v1 but had nowt else to his game.
  7. Eh? Keirrison is a goer? Not sure on that at all like.
  8. Exactly. Hardly endless options is there.
  9. Out of interest, whom? Can't think of many realistic I'd like to sign. Sturridge of course but he's hardly likely. Maybe Dann from Birmingham as we could do with a centre half. Other than that they're either being harvested by more attractive clubs for big sums of money or aren't worth signing.
  10. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,,11095_7087899,00.html Cracking signing for Wimbledon.
  11. Cleverley called up apparently. Divn't kna who he's replacing.
  12. Oh. They think that's because he's not match fit?
  13. Nixon!? Ha, I do enjoy these stories in the tabloids. Not committing to anything, could have been watching any number of players, perhaps Toivonen even. The article itself really just doesn't say one thing or another, states a fact or two but that's it. As for Pieters good all round fullback, not the most attacking minded but can fill in at CB if needed. The lack of a price makes it hard to decide if the deals a good one or not. If it's say €3-4m I'd be happy. Surely he must be pretty good if he's first choice for the Netherlands?
  14. Seems decent enough. First choice for the Netherlands, only 22...
  15. In the Daily Fail too btw http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2023434/Newcastle-want-Erik-Pieters-PSV-replace-Jose-Enrique.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
  16. This is some absolute fucking bullshit right here.
  17. I agree mate. Lets sell more key performers
  18. Technically Ferguson is no longer a British player btw.
  19. Currently a non-EU player applying for the permit must have played for his country in at least 75% of its competitive 'A' team matches for which he was available for selection during the previous two years, and his country must have averaged at least 70th place in the official FIFA world rankings over the previous two years. If a player does not meet those criteria, the club wishing to sign him may appeal if they believe that he is a special talent and "able to contribute significantly to the development of the game at the top level in the UK."
