  1. His goal-scoring record for Spain has always been good hasn't it though? 9 in 54. Better than his Barcelona one, but not reflective of his genius. Just proves sometimes you need to look beyond stats.
  2. 2 assists and a goal for Messi then. Afellay and Thiago on now.
  3. You're right like VI. Iniesta has added a goalscoring touch this season.
  4. Yo dude. He hasn't got an allround game though, yeah, not great from set-pieces? Beastttttttt.
  5. He doesn't run away towards the away end though. On the extended video I posted before, he simply proceeds to run around in circles waving the scarf about and continues to mingle with celebrating fans.
  6. This is like the "Smith gives his all" argument people have been coming out with for ages. Jumping into tackles does not equal heart and desire, it equals stupidity and naivety. Yeah, Tiote is stupid and naive because he wants to win the ball back. Yup. He's extra stupid because he succeeded in doing so. How NAIVE of him.
  7. Those underwear adverts were a bit of a botched decision from him.
  8. Aye fair enough. Guess the fact he's gone 2 games without a goal has blown my mind.
  9. Is it just me or has Messi been a little below par last few games. I know he sets the bar ridiculously high, but he hasn't looked quite as unstoppable recently.
  10. Haven't been impressed with Adriano at all when I've seen him.
  11. Like Who Ranger was already on. The bench was bare. The squad outside of 12/13 players is woeful Vuckic/Ferguson. Someone with attacking intent. Read my earlier long post. Vuckic wasn't in the squad.
  12. http://yfrog.com/3zfp8z Extended footage.
  13. He's got a red and white scarf. How can they be so convinced it's an NUFC fan?
  14. Agree entirely, I'm not upset, I'm just angry at the lack of effort and level of ineptitude on display by players that earn so much. Disgraceful.
  15. At the end of the day, when we lose games in the league I can accept it. Even the 5-1 against Bolton could be excused because frankly, we're a newly promoted team that is simply not going to win every game. We will have bad days. However, tonight's events are absolutely inexcusable. Pathetic, gutless, heartless, POINTLESS displays by every player on the pitch. Simply inexcusable and all the reactions are not knee-jerk, they are justified. Hopefully this wont effect our league form too negatively and we can bounce back to get something next week. A player or 2 in before February would be nice aswell.
  16. The worst was that when he was supposed to be settling us and passing the ball, he was aimlessly hooking it forward.
  17. I posted a lengthy rant about this exact thing a few weeks ago.
