  1. He was a big money signing like, £11.5 million. Napoli have been very hit and miss with their transfers in recent years.
  2. Pretty sure he's already agreed to join a Brazilian team, I forget which one. Been a total flop at Napoli. Not given many opportunities mind.

    Loïc Remy

Plus, Ince doesn't offer the option of playing through the middle.

    Loïc Remy

I saw Ince play live the other week. He was easily bullied out of the game and fairly anonymous, talented but still a player a long way from his peak in development. The kind of player we should have bought in the summer as a long term project, not one to drop into a struggling side and ask to make a difference.

If we had a set style of football and had a manager that could lay framework for a player stepping up from the Championship to work in then Ince would be a good bet, but I'd fancy Remy to make a bigger instant impact in terms of being physically and technically much further ahead in his career. That's in spite of his match fitness/form.
  6. Big result this would be for Atletico without Falcao and Turan.
  7. Cavani top scorer now in Serie A.

ACN in the future though as he plays for Gabon. Remy might go to next World Cup\Euros. During the season the ANC though. Not anymore is it? After this season or something. Probably wrong like. Yeah it's wrong. It's moving to odd years, but staying as a January competition.

Well they hosted the last one but failed to qualify for this years. Their qualifying record is quite erratic http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gabon_national_football_team#Africa_Cup_of_Nations_record

That's one advantage of Aubameyang, not being Europa tied.
  11. Aubameyang and particularly Remy are both good in the air aren't they?

Surely if he doesn't want a relegation battle he won't be too keen on coming here.

    Dan Gosling

Yeah but that is literally the only thing he offers. That he has sometimes took up goalscoring positions when he's played.
  14. Pick of the players I saw at SJP outside of the obvious Brazil stars.
  15. tbf, Lerner has hardly be terts amerzbahls

    Alan Pardew

Yeah let's not go for an unstable fascist mentalist
  17. I wish I'd never gone, personally. Just found the whole experience completely depressing. I'm going to Norwich next week. Going with 3 mates I haven't seen in years though, so looking forward to it. The match is almost an afterthought, depressing.

    Alan Pardew

Love how Wullie is happy to slip away for one second from Pardew bashing when Poyet is brought into the discussion.
  19. That was at £15 a ticket too, not that ridiculous. At least QPR had the excuse of being charged double that. Wonder how many away fans were there as well? Dunno, but I was at the Boro - Brizzle City game last month and their away support was truly pitiful - so I doubt very many at all.
  20. Why are talking you about Santon in the Santon thread Pilko? can't you see we're trying to establish the factions within this intra-club game of Risk.

  22. 8984 at Loftus Road today. Their wagebill must be very sustainable.
