  1. Agreed. There's as much chance of any takeover being some fuckjobs like those who bought Blackburn than getting Man City style owners.

More combined XI discussions? That's a surprise.
  3. It was the semi at Cardiff but aye.
  4. And then they fluked a CL title on the back of that
  5. Alan fucking Blayney made some ridiculous saves in the game. Bald cunt. Was gutted after that IIRC that was when CL slipped from our hands, fairly certain I had an argument with someone in the pub after this game too, was not in a good mood. Was my first year at uni and I remember always having to ask the pub to put the football on for me, remember having to drag any old fucker to come and watch the European games with me and the pub being totally empty when the Valerenga game was on. Also RE: Partizan, their no.2 Nadj was absolutely fucking amazing that game, still one of the best opposing performances I've seen. Chased shadows against the Argies in 06 when they got smashed to fuck thar. Cnut.
  6. Agree that Sporting was far more crushing. Never have I been so gutted. Home and fucking hosed we were. And we had chances to kill it even further.
  7. Our bench against Marseille away: Harper, Elliott, Bridges, Bowyer, Chopra, Brittain, Caldwell. kinell
  8. Didn't we have a significant pile-up of injuries for the Marseille game? Bellamy, Dyer, Jenas and Woogate in particular. Bellamy and Dyer both pulling up in the same league game.
  9. The Vic and Brunton Park >>> soulless shite like Darlington Arena
  10. 27 and only 5 caps for US? Good enough for the Prem?
  11. Jonas + Zlatan http://www.swanseacity.net/javaImages/30/4d/0,,10354~11029808,00.jpg
  12. I've never heard of him but that's the same club that Kagawa was bought from.
  13. Carroll is almost certainly better player than Graham imo but he had Graham running the channels, playing on the shoulder and moving in his system effectively - stretching the game as well as bringing others into play. Borini and Suarez will both do this but I'm not sure whether he thinks he can get Carroll to. People criticise Carroll for his touch and 'skill' level when his main weakness (at Liverpool certainly anyway) is just how static he has been.
  14. Yes, I was there and it was simply magical.
