Considering how little you rate Carroll I would've thought you'd want Ranger ahead of him. In fact didn't you say that before the Plymouth game? I think you'll find I picked Carroll to start Still think Carroll poses no goal threat?

Out if interest, where do you think Spurs will finish? Above Newcastle. Doubt it. Edit- Damn, just realised they aren't in our division.
-
Completely different situation that though, Bellamy had no reason to even walk towards the bloke (however many laws he broke) but he seemingly had to stick his thick Welsh nose in.

I thought they were pretty ordinary myself. Yes, but still won 3-0, allthough the ref f***ed spurs The ref always f***s us over when we're away to a top 4 team. That's a given now (how the moron didn't give that blatant foul on Defoe in the first half by 2 of their players is beyond me). At times we passed them off the park. Their whole gameplan was get it wide to Boswinga and cross it in at every opportunity. They were basically playing counter attacking football which worked today but play the against United and they'll get murdered. Their goals all came from poor defending on our part and we didn't have our shooting boots on today at all. Sounds like Spurs are still on for title then. Just a blip?

He's done OK when he's played, no more. People raving about a forward who hasn't scored or even looked like doing it is pretty daft. As I said a few months back, when he finally plays and doesn't do too badly the f***ing roof will come off. Absolutely embarrassing By all accounts against Blackpool he was our best play when he came on, he completely changed Carroll's play against Plymouth, was MOTM against Leicester and was decent again against Cardiff. He deserves the credit he's getting.

They're no Barcelona that's for sure.

I know Man U were at home, but the time was extended for both teams surely? What was stopping Man City going down the other end and winning 3-4?
-
The rubbish teams in La Liga still seem better than the rubbish in England. The likes of Numancia would thrash Hull I reckon. (they play better football if nothing else)

Given had a massive alternative, he could've stayed. Without knowing all the details it seems that Given wanted out and whilst the club didn't seem to do a lot to keep him the buck stops with him.

9 loans and 2 free transfers for Xerez, they're a bloody pub team. Barcelona should beat them about 30-0.

There's nowt like seeing Harry Redknapp lose. Seeing Phil Brown lose at life. Maybe Ronaldo 1-0

Another good English player produced by Chelsea: Fabio Borini.

Total drivel, what a f***ing stupid thing to say. Way too early to say, but if he's as good as the Dutch seem to rate him, he should be quality.

Feel a bit sorry for Seb but.....HAHA another defensive injury for droopy face.
-
He's still go a lot of potential and nowhere near his peak. Despite Colo's recent performances I'd rathe have Bassong, although if Colo recaptures his form in Spain he should be the better player again.

I just like seeing Spurs get turned over easily, but I'm with you.
-
Same with Sunderland. The mackems have had the easiest start to a season you could wish for and are still only midtable.
-
Inter could do with someone like Ibrahimovic up front, I reckon he'd give them the edge they need.
-
The hatred is maybe too strong but I don't see why we should support him now, he's gone and I don't care if he wins nothing at Man City. He doesn't deserve success over any other player or anything like that.

Put in a transfer request and miss out on a 'loyalty' bonus?

Given complained about the lack of trophies at Newcastle but we gave him Champions League football for god's sake. The way he goes on you'd have thought we battled relegation in every season.
