Who the hell are the three better than him? Can only think of Jagielka who's better, Yobo is **** these days, not a patch on what he was a few years ago. Yobo and Senderos are both better than Taylor. Don't really see this decline in Yobo you've seen. If anything he's makes better decisions now. Some will laugh at Senderos, but I haven't seen anything in Taylor's career to suggest he's better. In fact, last year his best games came at right back. Since when did Senderos play for Everton.

Hope Kazenga gets a go. Still worrying. I hate to say this but Damien Duff was one of our best players. We are significantly weakened without him. Significantly? Hardly, he did nowt against West Brom except score a goal that was set up on a plate for him. Kazenga will at least do more in the other 89m of the match and actually, dare I say it, create a chance for a striker. Kazenga is bright and he's got a good future hopefully.. But Duff is a better player at the moment. It would be the best for Lua Lua if he's eased into the first team this season behind a couple experienced players. Besides, if we sell him we literally have no backup on the wings. None. I'll admit the lack of back-up is a problem the worst thing is losing bodies not who they are.

Taylor and Carroll should be chained to St James, neither are on huge wages (at least not Duff, Smith style wages) and both are very promising (relatively) young players. Aghhhh.

I don't see why Ashley wants to sell Duff but is desperate to keep hold of Ameobi. Ameobi is an ex U-21 international so we should be looking for £9m+ for him at least.
