If I had a couple more votes I'd probably go for Tiote and Ryan Taylor (purely for Twitter activity and goal versus the mackems, which he seems rightfully very happy with, even though I don't rate him very highly at all as a first team player). Sammy Ameobi's a bit of a wild card that I'd maybe consider once he's done more on the pitch for us. Do like Krul, Santon, Cabaye and Ben Arfa as well though. Cisse will probably be my hero soon enough n'all.

Went for the Argentinians and Ba me, although I do get the impression that Ba will break my heart like a pure cunt at some point.

Managed to have a conversation about football with me lass the other day that extended beyond "EEEH, how do they decide the design of the corner flags?" and that sort of shit. Who are our most likeable players in your view? My first answer was the Argentinian lads and she said her favourite was Jonas as well, because he looks like a fucking tramp, just like me. Pretty sure those 2 will score quite highly, along with the likes of Ba, Krul and Tiote, but we'll see. (Soz if I've missed any players out you pedantic twats).

Very good.

That's great news if true, nice to see them getting pulled up on stuff like this.
-
97% possession apparently. No doubt all of it of 5 yard passes. FUCKING HELL, that's impressive.

They should have a vote on this, why the fuck do they keep letting that band in the ground? It's so shit, makes me want to switch over.
-
Aye I've been a couple of times like, it's big and swanky and depressing.
-
Aye, I've seen none of these players before. It's just so fucking quiet man and when it's not quiet you hear that stupid fucking band. Least imposing atmosphere in world football, so sterile.

ITV1 HD's all jerky and stuff, fucking hopeless.

It's too difficult for me like, I gave everything a quick whirl then fucked it off.

Pardew's made such a pig's ear of this situation.

Don't see him going anywhere due to the length of his contract. Still think giving a manager a five and a half year contract was crazy.
-
It's mystifying that Ryan Taylor's never been able to hold down a first team place in the whole time he's been with us, yet we're in the position at the minute where he's first choice when we arguably have better options in his position(s) than we ever have.
-
"I'm not overly disappointed, it was a marked improvement on Spurs". I was at Spurs, it was fucking humiliating and like everyone else I've been dying for us to put it right for 2 weeks, today wasn't exactly what I had in mind.

We don't have a very good manager, we have an average (at best) manager who I think is getting the best results from the team but not the best performances and I base that on our season so far, not on today. Even now though I think we're close to not getting the points expected because our poor performances are now affecting our points haul in a way that performances were being over shadowed before the New Year. I would go as far as saying we've done nothing of note since the first week in January and even then the performances were far too erratic. So what do you propose we do, re-appoint Kinnear or Shearer? Do you honestly think any manager worth his salt would come and work here for buttons and under the financial restrictions? Regardless of Pardew's shortcomings, we are well and truly punching above our weight this season, and he should be given a lot of credit imho. I'm not sure if we are, my mate asked me the other day how many players I'd take from the Arsenal squad for our first team and the answer was not many.

Fucking pointless addition to the end of your post, like.

Because there was no one in the box? You want him to be a moron like Simpson and lob it aimlessly into a group of defenders? I'd rather he try and dribble around the whole team if it forces the other players in our team to move up and support him out of sheer frustration. Nah, there were a few occasions when there was at least one person in the box when I'd liked him to have crossed it in, simple as that really.

Would be amazed if Ben Arfa gets a start like.
-
Starting to wonder why he won't whip a ball over now and then.
