The Singapore-based investment company has made a 'realistic' offer for the Magpies, although it is not known if that matches Ashley's £100million asking price. McMahon says Profitable are serious in their move for Newcastle, who have suffered 12 months of turmoil following Kevin Keegan's sensational exit to their relegation to the Championship.
