They did warn you, you plum. Today I was watching a show on ESPN and they showed the video of a basketball player dying on the court without warning. I'm particularly squeamish, but they could have mentioned it was coming up. Did he die recently, or was it a clip from a long time ago?

Even though their was no tackle, and just a general challenge I still think they should of made warning when their was a good few seconds of focus on his leg.

Poor Aaron Ramsey indeed but it wasn't a bad tackle. he was very late and the sheer force of it made it look even worse. The whole incident was over in under a second. Not sure how there was time for him to be very late. As it's been said, it could easily of went either way, you see attempts for these balls a 100 times a game. It's just down to very bad luck.

Was it a genuine attempt to get the ball? Yes.

I've seen that video with it slowed down, and it is still a 50/50. Fair enough the replays shows he got none of the ball but he only just missed it and it was their to be won, Ramsey won it just but got the injury, a dead on 50/50.

How gory? Not very, those pictures you have already seen are far worse, you can see the leg dip a bit after the challenge, but it's from a differetn angle from where the picture was taken. Nowt in that challenge like. Freak accident. Poor lad. This, if someone had of gotten a red card for that without an injury I'm pretty sure it would of been wiped off, however I don't think the FA will do it with the injury and I don't think Shawcross or Stoke will appeal in anyway.
