personally speaking i think we had the players to stop up. bringing in kinnear was what done it in. I agree with you, we were good enough to stay up, and arguably were good enough to stay up, but you could say luck went against us, the disallowed goal agianst Fulham, the own goal against Villa, and the saves by James against Portsmouth all come to mind. But what needs to be addressed now is us being on a sound financial footing, with the abitliy to compete in the Premier League if we get promote, and if we don't he ability to be able to get promoted.

Even though the lack of signing quality players and selling some of our decent players and poor management choices by Ashley contributed in us getting relegated I just hope the bloke is now putting the club in a position where it is running at a profit (however small it maybe) and paying off our debts realistically, and being able to hopefully compete in the Premiership.

Since when did Craig Bellamy become the coach of Australia and have an Auzzie accent?

I don't know, Cardiff are still in danger of being wound up, Portsmouth very much still are, and a few other lcubsare in adminstration or not far off it, if an administrator decides it's no longer viable for the club to keep going without a buyer then pulling the plug is very much an option.
-
Well Portsmouth could still go to the wall at the end of the season, aswell as question being asked about Crystal Palace, Cardiff, and Watford, aswell as othersit could prove to be an interesting period of musical chairs come the summer. We could end up being in a position where 5 or so Conference teams get promoted and the effects go all the way down the non-pro leagues right to the bottom.

Portsmouth adminstrators press conference on SSN at 3pm.

That depends if you count Everton playing in the qualifying rounds or not thugh. Since we were in the top 4 for 2 seasons running, and finishing 3rd for one of those seasons it's fair to say that we were a top 4 club at one point.

Either Villa, or if still possible Everton. I hate Liverpool, I'm not a fan of City's millions, and I'm no fan of Spurs at all. I'm not one for Villa either since all of the mocking they did against us on the last day of last season, though I surpose we could of went to any other team in the Premiership that day apart from the teams already relegated and we would of got the same reaction. Everton though I have nothing against, apart from Scousers, but my hatred of Liverpool is enough to cover that one. Though to be brutally honest, I couldn't give a shit about which team finishes where in the Premier League this season, so long as we will be there nextseason, and if Sunderland go down that will be a bonus.

It's the players and their agents demanding so much money and being greedy that has got Portsmouth into this situation, aswell as Portsmouth's stupidity aswell for going along with it, fuck the players, it's not like they have a mortgage to pay for, I find it very hard to believe that someone on as much money as they are on a week don't save up and buy houses etc in one go rather then getting mortgages and such, if that is the case then the players should have enough morals to play for nothing, or as little as they can get away with it.
-
If Portsmouth are paying his wages then yes, if not then I'm sure he will stay, unless Portsmouth are paying for his accomadation.
-
If they did survive then it would be the greatest relegation escape ever. The points deduction also means it is possible for them to go down with the fewest points in a season aswell, beating Derby's of 11 points.
-
2 goals, they've already got 1 Yeah, after I posted that they scored a 3rd on the night.
-
Fuck off, Liverpool are winning, with 2 away goals, meaning the other team now have to score 3 times.
-
So compared to when we last went up, how many points do we now have? Edit: We are 1 point behind.

Transfer request in the morning. His agent is already preparing the statement. "Shay never, never ever has felt so bad done to him during a game since the 5-1 defeat to Newcastle United Football Club in December 2008. He wants to make it absolutely clear that he no longer wants to play for this club and wants to join a new club to bring his career to the next step, where he has a realistic chance of winning a trophy." "Following Man City's recent defeat in the FA Cup Newcastle United would like to make 100% clear that they have no intentions of taking Shay Given on loan so that he can win the Coca Cola Championship trophy, we must stress the following to Mr Given, haha haha, your not laughing now are you cunt?"
-
Reading beat WBA.
-
Where the fuck?, where the fuck?, where the fuck are your trophies now?, where the fuck are your trophies now?
-
Get the fuck in Stoke, 2-1 up. Shay's going to win fuck all, fuck all, fuck all.
-
Reading 3-2 up.

Is Ian Dowie and Max Branning from Eastenders the same person?
-
He's still shit.

As a former average goalkeeper I am insulted he didn't save that.
