You also have the fact that the foreign fans do not give an absolute fuck about tradition. We have seen ourselves how there is a market from these fans for tickets, and they want to see games between the biggest clubs.

I think the problem with Everton is that their fans just are not that vocal unless they are booing or on the rare occasions they have a 6 pointer to stay up. Spurs’ supposed to be decent for crowd noise. I’ve only really been for the NFL, and they aren’t really the type of fan to chant. I think a single tier kop would be good, however it needs to have the fans from the Strawberry corner and the back of the Gallowgate in it to generate the atmosphere. I also think Spurs’ provides a good opportunity for displays and the flags. Wor flags has shown how their actions can generate an atmosphere. Many other clubs have tried to replicate it and not been anywhere near as good, or are only able to do it for the odd big game. At the very least, a single tier kop stand give us fans an area of the stadium that isn’t interrupted by hospitality areas/boxes.
