Cordoba on for Materazzi.
-
Lucky bastards. Never a penalty. Game won, though. Bari won't have the quality to break down Inter.
-
Diving twat. Quality Italian refereeing.
-
Bari are so sloppy up front it's unbelievable. Scored a load last season in Serie B. Can't find the goal for love nor money here.
-
I quite like Quaresma. Hope he pulls his finger out.
-
Could have worked if he hadn't hit it so hard.

HT. Bari have been very disciplined. You'd expect no less from a team nailed-on for the drop, missing their best player, and opening the season playing away to the reigning champions. I have a feeling this could be a replay of Inter v. Lazio from a couple of weeks ago. Lots of Inter possession that comes to nothing while the opposition have 2 shots on target in the whole game and score.
-
Completely different team now they're working the wings. They're making Bari work a little bit more now. I still fancy Bari to snatch a goal on the counter attack at some point. Materazzi reminding us all he's a dirty bastard.
-
Balotelli on for Muntari. Jose is reading this thread.
-
Yeah, but Vieira is in his late 40s. He has an excuse. Muntari is just poor. All of Inter's play is straight down the middle. If Muntari had an ounce of intelligence he'd be pulling out wide on to the wing. The two occasions Inter have pulled the play out wide they've managed to get crosses into the box unchallenged.
-
Bari doing a really good job of breaking Inter down as they get into the final third. Just sitting the midfield in front of the back four and not allowing Inter anywhere near the penalty area. Inter may need a touch of magic to get through. Where is Ibrahimovic when you need him?
-
Muntari is gash.

Jose Enrique out for at least three weeks with hamstring injury

Agreed. Another class Dennis Wise signing. Quite good by Wise seeing as he wasn't working for us at the time. Shhh! -

End-to-end stuff so far. Finished 2 - 1. Good game to watch. Internacional matched Palmeiras in every part of the pitch except in front of goal. If they had been more clinical then they'd have picked up points today. Diego Souza was heavily involved in all aspects of Palmeiras' game today and was provider for both of the goals. He'd be a top player if he wasn't such a diving twat. Internacional's goal - when it finally came - was a good one. Giuliano skipped two challenges and fired it into the top corner from 25 yards.
-
Even Ryan Taylor's wonder goal seemed to be in slow motion. I'm sure he's doing something to warp space time.

Italian style

Earlier result: Bologna 1 - 1 Fiorentina Osvaldo and Mutu.
-
Currently: Siena 1 - 2 Milan Pato getting both of the goals for Milan. Ronaldinho the provider for both. Milan look pretty happy to pass it about for the next half an hour. Ronaldinho is having a good game. From a corner he's just chipped the ball up for himself on the volley and then hit a bicycle kick which the keeper just tipped over. Taking the piss. Pirlo and Thiago Silva are both playing well, too. Bit of a patchy performance overall, though. Borriello in particular has been gash.

Not that I'm aware of.

Still hasn't scored? Shit, tbh.
