scum 1-0 welbeck
-
central midfielder or winger? if its cm can't really see us going for one with nolan tiote barton all being on good form and with gosling to come back. as for sol those rumours have been flying round for a while and with willicini saylor and kadar as no 4 cb do we really need sol tbh
-
if that happened and if liverpool didn't get into europe full stop i think rawk would implode
-
other than selling shirts what would he do for spurs, their strength is quick counter attacks with bale vdv and lennon legging it downfield asap which beckham sure as hell can't do these days
-
and the liverpool fans have a rather lengthy letter/petition to the owners to remove hodgson http://www.petitiononline.com/hodgson/
-
if you believe the mirror apparently henry and co are looking for a replacement (and obligatory list of random names of vaguely successful managers to link to the job is included) for mr hodgson but don't want to appoint daglish on the short term which is a shame because if he was appointed i'd actually go to the nearest bookies to put money on them going down

"That is nothing but speculation...." "But Chris, he's already at Newcastle on loan" "I am not aware of this." To be fair, I think Hughton may have only found out about it when it was in the papers that he had signed on loan, knowing Ashley. nice surprise tbh
-
its the opta stats team of the year which does show stats mean nothing
-
only interesting bit in mail article grabbing random number from thin air on carrolls estimated time out Dan Gosling, 20, is included in the squad for the first time Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1343182/Under-pressure-Newcastle-face-month-injured-striker-Andy-Carroll.html#ixzz19jyVxFGv

and no new signings yet damn you ashley
-
I think if they can get shot of him permanently then they'll go for that as their Plan A. If no-one's willing to take him then they'll hawk him out on loan. They clearly don't see a future for him down there. especially as arry seems to want to bring in beckham (god knows why would screw up their sides balance) but as it stands they can't add a player due to their squad being full (woodgates not got a place in their side) so i consider it a strong possibility he'll be let out on loan towards windows end when it becomes very clear no one is willing to pay for him
-
iirc they enforced a 1 year extension clause last year
-
you see there i disagree as i doubt theres many if any at all premier league clubs who are willing to pay for him, at least at spurs level of demands, the clubs allegedly interested are villa-doubt he'd go there as hes mates with dunne who can't have much good to say about houillier, birmingham-pay with what exactly theres been no evidence they have the cash required to pay for keane, west ham-can't afford him, wolves-probably can't afford him. Birmigham west ham and wolves all probably wanted a loan deal for keane.
-
who else can we get whos better than him? good player, proven prem goalscorer and better than our other options (except ac9 obviously)
-
easy line to reach for more than anything
-
mostly because they have trouble defending
-
and not a moment too soon
-
apparently west ham werent paying attention 2 years ago when micheal owen showed he has no heart for a fight by allegedly lining up a bid for him, i assume to keep mr dyer company in the injury room
-
jonas tweeted about that thing and google translate told me he said load of rubbish
-
His name is 2 Phones McGhee or something or other. He's just wheeled out on transfer day deadline and spouts more ITK shit than a Spurs forum. i didn't think that was possible
-
while i don't like giving credit to scum players onohua has been a better rb for them than huttons been for spurs, how terry can be near team of the season (so far) i'm not sure but put it down to sky prostrating themselves at the feet of their favorites, baines has been the best left back and there has to be a place for nasri whos been player of the season so far
-
hes(way) better than our other options to play alongside ac9 thats all i care about
-
oh this will endear him to the kop end now hes questioning their support http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/dec/30/liverpool-roy-hodgson-support
-
why would they take that
