Spain will have done it in the last few years probably 15/16; CL - Atletico, Barca, Real; EL - Bilbao, Sevilla, Villareal. Don't think it's been done with 4 in CL.

This the first time a nation's had 6 teams through the quarters in European comps? (Guessing there may have been a 3 + 3 sometime)
-
People have such short memories ffs. As others have said, with Southgate it's always about building a core squad. Earned enough good grace to continue doing things how he does for the foreseeable.
-
No real surprises. Thought Wan Bissaka might've made it mind.
-
Leeds should be petty cunts and complain about them naming 8 subs.
-
Don't know, especially if they fall short this year, I'd back him to win a league there under their current owners.
-
Wonder if he's got any sort of aspirations of going back to Liverpool? Could see him sticking about here until Klopp leaves if so.
-
Wise and her were on I'm A Celebrity together, weren't they?

Again, it's dependent on those around him. Kenedy and Almirion coming in, and lessening the burden on him, have revitalised him in both seasons leading to him hitting top form.

Can't help but feel that's a stupid decision from Zidane. He'd left a near perfect legacy with the CL wins, despite being relatively disappointing in the league last season.
-
Aye, they've got that wrong. Mind, he's only 20 away from being our top PL scorer after Shearer. Pretty mental that its perfectly plausible he could reach that in a few more year.
-
Absolutely mental that some were slating him for taking our pen yesterday. By all means, be critical of the actual pen. But howay, think he had a perfect record beforehand.
-
Been mentioned after the Huddersfield game, but it's no coincidence that he's hit top form in both seasons with the additions of Kenedy/Almirion.
-
Think it was a loaded celebration at first, now it's just become his own. Stop reading too much into it.

Would like to thank Lee Mason for making this second half possible. -

More I see it, it's the worst decision we've had go against us in some time; bar probably the Burton penalty. -

Should've been a red. Double jeopardy rule only exists when there's an obvious attempt to play the ball. Mental decision. -
They reckon there might be somewhere between 15 - 20k Rennes fans heading over for it, so seeing as they’ve only been given 8k tickets you might have to have previous buying history or something to get a home ticket, given the bother they with Cologne (?) earlier in the season. Forgot about that, was amazing.

Shame, was probably looking at an international tournament with the U21s this summer too.
