No. You've already got your bonus/refund. They've gave everyone who bet pre-match a bonus/refund regardless of whether they've bet in-play or not. If your in-play bet lost you essentially just get the offer originally advertised, if you didn't bet in play you've got a bonus (which is fair enough as the site was down), but the anomaly is that people who had winning pre-match and in-play bets get their winnings but then also get up to a £50 bonus.
