He should be a shoo-in for the LMA award too, they tend to recognise managers who've done a brilliant job in perspective compared to the PL award which more often than not goes to the manager who's won the league. I think Pardew's only the third non-title winning manager to win this award which sort of sums up what an achievement this is.

The PL has it's own awards similar to their player/manager of the month awards during the season. The LMA award, like the PFA award for the players, is voted for by fellow professionals. Also, any manager from any of the top 4 leagues is eligible for the LMA award.
