Javi Navarro, always the cunt. What a tosser.

That was clearly a ball for the keeper to be frank. Kos fumbles it, but the keeper (notice how I'm avoiding spelling that damn name) should be yelling mine! and rushing out. A ball that goes in the space between the keeper and a CB is always for the keeper since he has a better view.

Just saw the LC highlights. Bowyer patting Koscielny after the goal, what a twat

Capello's Spanish was pretty good and he learnt it fast, but Italians seem to have little trouble picking it up.
-
I think Wenger does an awful lot of things right, but you really need to mix it up. We have a homegrown spine but go out to buy the Eto'os, Villas, Alves, etc... of this world. You can't aspire to develop your entire squad.

Just came back and saw that Arsenal have somehow managed to lose this Really...

Joaquín is in great form this season, chuffed he's managed to make a comeback

That said, Depor are one of the most negative teams in la Liga. Still I don't fault teams going defensive when the odds are lopsided. Their duty is to win points, not stuff up big teams' highlights DVDs.

That's a pretty light pedigree compared to most big clubs in the world (the six-year old thing isn't poaching at all, their parents approached us for the trial). Also the crux of the fact here is they are exploiting a loophole that makes Spanish clubs defenseless. Wasn't actually Lamela the Argie in question?
-
Good luck today you child robbing cunts btw

With Salvio last year and possibly Lamela Atlético seem to be trying to use the Agüero transfer as a template - which was a huge success. Buy hot Argentine starlet before he develops enough for the true big guns to notice. Argentine players seem to do way better if they move early, in my opinion, gets them used to the pace in European football. Madrid is a very argie-friendly city too. Same language, big Argentine community, and tons of daily flights to Buenos Aires.

Atlético linked with a move for Erik Lamela, apparently had a €18m bid refused. Is he as good as the hype?

Welcome to how teams have been setting up against us since 2009. Have fun.
-
Slightly worse point ratio than Pellegrini so far.

There was some timid fan and media unrest during January but it died down when they made the cup final. The fortress mentality thing is also helping to get fans onboard with him, as amusing as the sight of Real Madrid playing victim is for everybody else in Spain.

Immense week for us, I really didn't expect Madrid to drop points and this cushion could prove massive on our runup to El Clásico (we got Valencia, Sevilla, Villarreal away coming up before the Bernabéu game). Glad that we got a decent win with all the players missing.
-
Always thought the madrid move was wrong for him. He seemed to be improving nicely and it was too much too soon. i think he'd be a better fit for valencia or villareal, or us!! Didnt he have a few run ins with jose?? Yeah, relations are reportedly very strained between the two. Mou has criticized him openly ("it's not like he's Zidane") and he's almost never in the squad anymore.
-
Whatever, I don't care enough about your LC to know the exact date
-
So you lot Arse fans today?
-
He's a good athlete and keeps things simple on the pitch. I think he would do, yes. Also has a mean freekick.
-
He only cost them €10m and he isn't getting a game, can't see them asking anything out of order since Mou quite openly doesn't fancy him (he was a Valdano signing).
-
Also, I banged this drum in the winter window, but you should really take a look at Pedro León since all rumors point to his exit in the summer. Real Madrid tends to pay s*** wages to their squad players (they have a very lopsided wage structure) so pretty sure he won't be on much and he's a very productive right winger. If he was getting regular football he'd be a Spain international by now.
-
Marca linking Real Madrid with former youth prospects Callejón (they have a low buyback clause for him, I suppose they want to do a Negredo-type business for profit) and Borja Valero (who is the kind of player they need, imho, since Xabi Alonso is the only one that can direct play in their squad).
-
Valencia's Miguel has been banned from training with the team, after coming late to training. Think somebody mentioned him a few pages ago, he's as good as off but not sure he's a prudent purchase, despite him being quality.

I don't know the answer of this, but thought it might be fun to discuss. "Passenger" with most medals? David May is the example most usually talked about but probably there are others with more silverware. I know that what constitutes a "passenger" is subjective but we probably can agree on some names. I'll start with Geremi: - 1 La Liga - 2 CLs - 2 Premier Leagues
