  1. They are celebrating their support even though they're widely acknowledged as some of the most fickle fans around? Bizarre.
  2. In that case my sincere apologies. The hypocrisy on here at times is staggering.
  3. Bloody hell man I just said I don't find him all that interesting. The way some people are going on you'd think I'd just shot Bambi.
  4. Agree with this, let's ask Brummie geet loads of questions. Please don't.
  5. Don't worry I haven't taken it personally. I actually find you one of the better posters on here. Again all about opinions.
  6. Never been his biggest fan but he's really impressed me at right back. He's a pretty intelligent player but was never physical enough to play in the middle in this league. However full back is one of those positions where you can get away with being 5'6" and 9 stone wet through and I think he's clever enough to retrain in that position.
  7. It wasn't bitterness, it was schadenfreude. It's all part of football. The time to worry is when you go down and nobody bats a f***ing eyelid. People go on about 'the banners' but they're talking about two banners which could have been brought by one person for all we know. It's not like we were all riding around the city centre, sat on top of our cars, bibbing our horns and waving flags at 3am in the morning because you'd got relegated. Anyway, we know what it's like now - we've been slowly tortured to death in front of the entire world for one entire season now. We have had loads of p*ss take and media coverage about it and to be honest, it just makes me feel better - that us getting relegated is still 'a story'. Unlike pointless yoyo clubs like Albion or Norwich, up and down so often people forget where they are from one year to the next. This fixture is a great opportunity for you lot to take the p*ss back, and we're going to have to suck it up. The only problem is: 1. Your current league position which may render p*ss taking inadvisable before the end of the match. 2. The fact that that banner posted here is proper s****. Just like your team then. What goes around comes around and all that. Yep - which is pretty much exactly what I just said in the post you're referring to, you might have observed. Nah got bored after the 2nd paragraph so stopped reading. Did "schadenfreude" make you do a brain melt? Just find your posts generally speaking to be fairly boring and repetitive tbh, nothing personal of course, so the longer ones I tend not to bother reading all the way through. Was there any need for this btw?[emoji38]Proper s*** craic. Nothing against the lad personally he's probably a decent enough chap but just find his postings to be pretty long winded and repetitive. There's been far worse than that posted on here mind so no need to get all precious about it, especially when it doesn't really concern you.

Will this season's heartache ever end? It ended at Old Trafford for you surely. Just playing out the remaining matches without any pressure I would have thought.

  13. Pretty sure they haven't.
  14. Very surprised at that.
  15. I find the FA trying to send us down a little difficult to believe. Unless you think how s*** we've been is their fault like. No doubt about it we are exactly where we deserve to be but we've had some awful decisions go against us this season. Rightly or wrongly Mike Dean is the only ref that gives that penalty v Palace on Saturday, then we had Agueros offside goal, our 2nd goal to make it 2-0 v Man City in the corresponding fixture being wrongly disallowed, Coloccinis red card v the Mackems, Norwich winner the other week being a handball, the penalty against Mbemba v Man Utd and that's just off the top of my head without even thinking. Match deciding decisions that have gone against us. Now I've always been of the belief that decisions even themselves out and no doubt we have had one or two go our way but we are well in the negative when it comes to refereeing/linesmen decisions this season.
  16. Gate receipts down 26% but their average attendance is up! The place must be swarmed with stinking tramps who are only there cos it's free.
  17. Had us down as a 7 until half an hour ago. I'm. On a 9 now.
  18. Club should complain and demand a replacement. If it's good enough for the likes of Man Utd etc it should be good enough for us. Should never have been allowed to take charge of another Newcastle match after the derby debacle.
  19. They're scoring goals now so chances are we'll need 2 or 3 to win. Don't think it'll be as easy as people think especially because they'll be desperate to take us down with them.
  20. Cabaye had no reason to miss the penalty. He couldn't care lass if we stay up or go down. In fact the stick he got just before the penalty probably made him more determined to score it. He just made a complete hash of it and Darlow went the right way and it was an easy save. Thought Darlow was very composed yesterday and growing in confidence with every game.
  21. Wouldn't argue against that considering they're both above us with games in hand. Looking at the remaining fixtures I can see Norwich finishing on 35 points and mackems on 38 so we'd need maximum points from our games to stand a chance.
  22. There was more atmosphere at Wimbledon games at Selhurst Park then there was when Crystal Palace were at home due to the bigger away allocation given. Now a couple of dozen spotty virgins jump up and down for 90 minutes acting like bellends and they call that an atmosphere. We'll show them a proper atmosphere later, not the manufactured rubbish they call one.
  23. Really hope we smash these tomorrow. Seems like that club and Pardew are made for each other and the sooner he ruins that non entity of a football club the better.
