It's not bad by all accounts, even has a Marc Pierre White restaurant. The Hilton is hardly the best hotel in Newcastle in anyway. The Hilton isn't even in Newcastle, it's in Gateshead. I agree Hotel Indigo is a decent looking Boutique hotel, it's just the back lane which serves as it's entrance behind the O2 isn't all that nice. Still think The Hilton is better mind, certainly has a better name worldwide. Paris pretty much fucked that up for them...
