I don't think there would be to be honest, the main point of the blackout is to protect EFL and National League clubs, in order to allow people to turn up and watch their local team. This season there are 8 different slots that a Premier League game can be played on, so it wouldn't be a huge change to the fans anyway. Especially when you consider, that due to European fixture a lot of clubs play at 2pm on a Sunday already, for example in two weeks time there are only three 3pm games. Personally if we're going to get to the point where all Premier League games are televised (Which in the modern era they should be tbh), then I would rather this solution, than removing the blackout, it'll produce a dedicated slot of interest for lower league clubs, which will hopefully drive up interest.
