Run-of-the-mill premier league midfielder who hasn't/can't do anything out of the ordinary at any time. We don't need him at all when we have Dier on the pitch like, it's frustrating as anything when he gets the ball out wide, which happens a lot in this system. Fuck knows why he finished the game.

Slovakia never played like this against Wales though, and I never watched the Russia-Wales game but I doubt they did either Skrtel was a monster today, he could have been the only Slovakian at the back and we'd have struggled. I don't think he's looked comfortable at all (Wilshere), the game time will probably do him good though so I'd keep him on if we can get a goal fairly early.

Walker has probably been the best player in the tournament for us so far, Clyne is dogshit in comparison both defensively and offensively. Disagree completely. Walker wasted so much time not getting the ball in the box against Wales. Thought it almost cost you guys. Clyne > Walker every single time. Honestly don't think there's much in them. They've both been class for their time on the pitch, just a shame they're both on the same side although Bertrand has looked decent.

Don't agree at all. We've played some good stuff against average sides. Nowt scintillating but nobody has been. Spain are the only team to put the opposition to the sword and won comfortably. Belgiam too, but aye, most teams have struggled this tournament against teams sitting back. It's basically been the script for 90% of the games so far.

I know the point has been made fucking tons of times, but Townsend really would improve this side like. We're just not threatening in front of goal at all. Vardy's been great though, should be first choice upfront.
