Exactly, the formation is completely irrelevant if the instructions are to sit deep, don't press (ever) and just lump it forward when we get it.

Replaced by Pulis later on. Theres one other who i dont think has been mentioned yet.... Brace yourself...... Never rule out Mick McCarthy or Billy Davies.

Full article here if anyone wants to ruin their Sunday morning. He's back to rolling his sleeves up in this article. https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-steve-bruce-players-19636373.amp?__twitter_impression=true

I suppose we may have dusted ourselves down and rolled our sleeves up by monday, so anything is possible.

3-0 defeat. Bruce tries to claim some sort of victory. Pray to god it's his last game.

The dots are joining..... Why are the dots joining? That presumes the PL blocked the takeover for piracy when most people think it was because they weren't prepared to submit various people involved in PIF including the only one that matters to the OD test. They wanted people in government to be named as directors, then they could directly link the consortium to piracy. That was the PL's aim.

We all know that Ashley and Charnley will just sit there and do absolutely fuck all about it until it's far too late. Pathetic people running this club.

If I remember correctly he said he's put a lot of time, effort and money into what hes doing and people, some from outside the area are trolling him and having a go at him. I mean, he probably shouldn't have mentioned anything about "outside the area" but FFS, what an over reaction from some on twitter, especially that lawyer lass who in my view is just a fucking attention seeker. She loved the attention back in the spring/summer doing those videos about the owners and directors test and football law etc, she's now just trying to remain relevant. I watched the gallowgate shots podcast a week or so back with her on and she was actually saying Nick de Marco was being unprofessional by tweeting what hes tweeting all the time. A glorified solicitor calling a silk unprofessional, christ. Anyway what Keith said on NUFC matters last night about people having a pop from outside the area, has just got a total over reaction from those trying to remain relevant. Tall about fucking snowflakes. Imagine being that offended by what he said last night?

After what he said today, the players are going to be wanting him out too. We'll lose this 3 or 4 nil.

Christ on a bike. I absolutely detest this moron. I knew I shouldn't have read that article. It just pisses me off every time I read his fat fucking quotes.

More evidence for De Marco and co to show our takeover was subjected to far stricter scrutiny than any previous. I would have thought the government would have pushed for them to accept the bid. Premier league went to them.... I think they would, but the point is why did they feel they had to go to them. It’s meant to be a confidential process and if scrutiny of our takeover has been shown to be different to others, it all plays into the narrative that we have been treat differently. I expect to tell them that they are going to reject the bid and wanted to explain why (Piracy) or get more info on the buyers. Also we probably have been treated differently but I can't think of any club being bought while at the same time running an illegal sports stations that steals games. I'm still confused by this. Is it PIF that are illegally streaming games? Is this still going on? https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2020/6/16/explainer-the-piracy-case-against-saudis-beoutq-channel Think we all know if the Saudis wanted to shut it down they could. Probably could have but its still got nothing to do with PIF. Separate legal entity which is what do marco is trying to prove. I suppose its a bit like having a limited company over here. I am the sole director and shareholder of my company, i earn its money, i spend it, i have complete control over the business, its direction and its finances. But legally, its separate to me. That's where a problem arises though surely. As the owners and directors test has to find the parties who are have control over said company. With PIF describing themselves as the sovereign wealth fund of the state then the state surely has control over PIF. So it doesn't really matter if it's a separate legal entity in itself in that respect. Exactly this. The Saudi state could turn round after the takeover and dissolve PIF and take over control of all the enterprises PIF entered into including control of NUFC! Lol. Righto. And you REALLY don’t think in that instance that the PL might have something to say, and invoke the yearly O&D Test again to throw the club out of the league? So Isn’t that why they are wanting to test the people who have the power to do that before the takeover happens, I.e MBS. The real question is why won’t he take the test?

Or interrupt the journalist asking him a question before said journalist has finished his question.

Same result. That's all pundits will see when they look back at wor Stevie's results - doing a good job. Won't see us entrenched in our own third for 93mins, and have our first shot on goal from a dubious penalty given in very last second. Shows the level of punditry these days doesn't it.

There's Fulham, newly promoted and going to Spurs and playing decent football. Then there's us...

Would you like to share them...

I'd take Eddie Howe in a heartbeat. Anyone is better than this pathetic excuse of a manager.

Was just about to come in here and post exactly what you did here.
