I personally don't think there's anything wrong with pointing out the obvious. We tried Gordon up top against Villa and Leeds and it doesn't work, why would it work against a team like Barcelona in a pressure game in the CL. Just makes zero sense. You're almost tempting fate by creating chances from wide but having no conversion.

Love Eddie but we got this all wrong from the start. Makes zero sense having Elanga on with no one up top then taking him off when Woltemade comes on.

I don't know but for some reason it feels like we're still years away from being a CL team, on tonight's showing we really don't look up for this level
