He clearly has a lot of ability and I have been impressed with him so far. I do think he needs to use his size more and be competitive for 50/50s with their CBs which he has not gone for on occasion. I also think it's clear to see he is no where near as fit as we want him. We also aren't playing to his strengths. On so many occasions he indicates that he wants it played to feet, but it doesn't transpire.

We look light years away from where we have been in previous seasons, 1 win in 6 is pretty poor. Gordon isn't hitting the heights he has done before, Joelinton, whilst brilliant for breaking play up, doesn't offer anything going forward, and I really am not sold on Elanga other than being fast. Woltemade looks good and skilful but he's so isolated the majority of time and there's no one going beyond him. I'd also say Bruno hasn't been his best this season so far. All of this added up, contributes to a poor start. Eddie got it wrong today from the start and it just put us under too much pressure which set the tone for the game.

HAHA! I was just about to say the same! No sneakiness there.

I'm still on the fence about him, crazy early days mind. I wasn't overly keen on his signing, especially for the money. I just feel his technical ability isn't that good, and his end product isn't the best. His pace is a great asset and I hope he gets a run of games where he can provide opportunities for Woltemade as I think that could be a good partnership.
