Wonder what his intentions are. Hopefully nothing happens to him.

Man, Zaha out would be huge for us. -
What are you on about?
-
People were writing him off at 21-22. Even though he was erratic and missed chances there was clearly something in there. You can pay £50-60m on a striker and not guarantee a 20 goal a season return yet we look like we’ve let someone go who if not already there now, probably will be in a few years time for half of that. I love Rafa but I think considering he knows what he’s working under, not to be able to fit Mitrovic in to what’s a pretty pathetic frontline was a big error on his part. 100 %.
-
It comes down to not all being black and white, really. I love Rafa and would of course have him over any player, but he has made a few terrible decisions. Mbabu and Mitro being the two worst.
-
Ah man, I wanted to bump the thread. Proving so many people wrong goal by goal. Beautiful stuff. Shame he isn't doing it here.
-
Disregarding games because it's against better teams is pretty silly too. Five games in a row without a win is shit no matter what. Never mind everything else going on with the club. Fearing relegation is very justified.
-
Four losses and a draw. That's bad no matter the opposition.
-
Damn. Watford with a great start to the season.
-
Threw a tenner on Newcastle to win at 27/1. Those odds can't go unchallenged.
-
Begging for the jinx. Hopefully it stops with Mitro.
-
Oh fuck off. Fantasy points ruined.
-
This nonsense that he didn't show anything for us is just rewriting history. He would be even better with more game time and some confidence too.
-
Rafa, not us. This one is all on him. I agree, he's let a lot of our more decent players go and replaced them with shit like Manquillo and Joselu, i really think a little bit of patience with the likes of Mbemba and Mitrovic would've meant we've had some very good options. And Mbabu.
-
I've seen this claim before, and it's simply not true. Nobody likes the thicko more because of his daft antics. He's a character, and a potentially really good player. That's why me and others still like him. He's got more to come, but he definitely needs to get rid of the dirty play. He's a useless gormless cunt. This guy
-
Other than to check if the SD signs are in place, he couldn't care less about the training ground. He's made that much clear. The cunt is just begging for sympathy. Nothing but a big fat cry baby with a complete lack of backbone.
-
Why has it become a thing to use the wildcard before the international friendlies?
-
Cups are hindrances to stay in the league anyway under Ashley, but god damn this is embarrassing. What a nightmare of a club.

What even is a cup.

15 goals in 20 games is canny form like tbf. The championship goals mean nowt, he went and joined the most attacking team in the for the 2nd half of the season and managed to score the same amount of goals as Lewis Grabban got playing for the worst team in the first half of the season. Mitro got 13 PL goals to Grabbans 1. By minutes played that's a 1 in 2 goalscoring record for Mitro in the PL vs a 1 in 10 for Grabban, if you only want to count PL goals. To put things in further perspective, using only NUFC/West Brom minutes in the PL, Mitro's got 1 in 2.5 vs Rondon's 1 in 3.8. In the season we went down, Mitro was directly involved (by scoring or assisting) in 1 out of every 3 NUFC goals. To put things in even further perspective, you missed the point! This isn't an issue of Mitro v Grabban ability wise; binnsy's point was the quality of Championship teams. Someone inferior to Mitrovic playing in a worse team than Fulham, managed to score the same amount of goals as him. Again, you're like.... Binnsy’s point was that Mitro’s not proven in the PL, and that the Championship wasn’t a standard to say he’s proven because of, specifically pointing out Grabban could score the same amount of hoals in an inferior team. Hence I showed examples from Mitro’s time in the PL, versus Grabban’s time in the PL, as well as putting his stats further into context by comparing them to who we replaced him by - thus showing that by all accounts, Mitro’s already fairly proven in the PL as a goalscorer. I think that's being a bit generous, if that was the case you would have had a lot more takers when he was up for sale. This season might change that, if he goes on to score 15+ goals this season then I don't think anyone will argue. Bit of a pointless argument to be honest. First of all, we don't know who the interested parties were, nor how much they would be willing to pay. Second of all, some players do go for bargain fees/seemingly without competition, even though the player is class.
-
I agree, that would be problematic. I don't think that's the case, though. What do you think is the case then? Even if they did have a disagreement and Rafa benched him for it, that's not indicative of a falling out. Well, he's not ditching him for no reason. Guess you could argue there's different degree of falling out, but it definitely seems like they've had one.
