    Hatem Ben Arfa

PremierLeagueCF Chris Ford Little Benton, 70 yr old autograph hunter pokes his head into Ben Arfa's car complete with lit fag stuck to his bottom lip! HBA not happy!
  2. johncrossmirror John Cross Very rare Wenger refuses to comment. He's just done that to Sky on Barton and Cahill questions. #afc
  3. If Liverpool decided they'd want to sell, I could see Carroll taking a move to Newcastle for less money. If he had the choice to join a team like Tottenham though, on the same salary, he'd take that over us.
  4. Didn't see the match myself, but you're the only one I've seen not raving (to some extent) about him. It was a long game, and the first senior game for the lad. He was bound to fade, but from what I've read and heard elsewhere, you're being a bit "harsh" all in all.
  5. Well... http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Stoke-chairman-Peter-Coates-warns-fans-20m-spending-spree-was-a-one-off-article794332.html
  6. Redknapp would probably be in for him. He wouldn't fit Tottenhams style of play at all. That's not what I said.
  7. I'd take him back any day. Not for any kind of money though, and I don't think there's any chance of it happening in any near future.
  8. Because you don't rate Obertan? I don't rate Obertan. That doesn't take away the facts that Jonás played right midfield before, and that Marveaux is a top left winger. Both Jonás and Marveaux are more or less proven better than Obertan. It's worth a shot.
  9. His best position is left midfield - no doubt. He's basically our only winger with good crosses on hand. When Santon is back, i'd love for Jonás to switch to the right, while Marveaux takes Jonás' place on the left.
  10. Just the usual talk your player(s) up, run of the mill manager comments. Relax man, I keep telling myself this, might be totally wrong but I find it helps me keep my sanity. Still, "thrilled by the competition" with Shola and Løvenkrands being mentioned...
  11. Not that bad for someone who spent a lot of time out wide. Had it been in Premier League. Not so much in Scotland.
  12. Watching Ajaccio-Montpellier. Montpellier currently 3-0 up and playing some good football.
  13. I guess we're on a good run, but some of this positivity is a bit over the top like
  14. I like Warren, but Arsenal is far from the same as Man Utd and Barcelona.
  15. I'm sure they were interested. How close anything was is another matter.
  16. I don't think he'll find himself out of the first XI unless Obertan can provide better delivery on a consistent basis. One cross last night isn't enough, he needs to be doing it week in week out because I don't think he offers anything like as much defensively or in work rate compared to Jonas. With his right (outside) from the left as well, wasn't it?
