A 19-year old kid no less. So merciless. Brutal management. Felt a bit sorry for him, think he's a decent player tbh. More experience needed for Valencia atm though but they seem to have a fairly young squad. The problem with Valencia is that they have a squad full of decent players, but no outstanding ones. Barring Alcácer (who's still young), there's nobody I would hang my hat on. Yeah, exactly that really. Have got some exciting players, just not reliable or consistent enough.

Martinez will get a lot of the stick for this but I think it's refreshing to see. He's attacked both legs and not once looked to defend his lead. I'd love him at Newcastle. Everton fans probably would prefer Moyes back.

He just doesn't look like the same player this season. There's rumors about off the pitch shenanigans, but dunno if they are reliable. It is true that he once was caught on camera partying while nursing an injury, though. Wasn't aware there was rumours circulating. Clearly something seems amiss with him but I just don't think his style of play suits Madrid's system. Always seem more unbalanced when he plays imo. Always capable of a moment of class when he's on the pitch though.
