Well Dave Billows is a very good coach. Was at Everton for about 10 years until Martinez took over and changed the staff. Tony Bellew came to our training ground all the time to work with him as well. Really sound lad too. Met him a couple of times through my brother. good to hear, maybe the club is actually trying to be more professional behind the scenes at least. hold on a second - good enough for Moyes but not for Martinez? Tbf you can't really judge them on whether they are wanted by one manager and rejected by another. Most managers would have their preferred staff that they have worked with for a long time and keep when they switch clubs. There were huge changes to Man Utd's backroom staff when Moyes took over for example.
