  1. Interesting. I thought this would be the case. Doesn't mean it'll happen but the government were never going to be 'against' it.
  2. Has nowt against the takeover though, just the saudis. he's obviously just reacting to the amount of shite he's had off our fans probably, which doesn't testify well as to his professionalism mind Aye, just shows him for what he is imo.
  3. Disco shits up in here. Need to lay off the beers. This thread has hit an even lower low.
  4. Well that was fun. One thing that I took from that, she knows a lot of Sheikhs, more than you could...Sheikh a stick at, if you will.
  5. I've got no idea why I've spent 10 mins watching it, haven't a scooby doo what is going on.
  6. Watch Boris' 'rona update instead, guaranteed to chill you out.
  7. I think you're in for a bit of a depressing surprise if you expect it done any time soon.
  8. Answers my question if that, (sigh), mirror article is true.
  9. I still don't get that either, seeing as Richard Masters said there's no timeline on an O&DT. Not saying Caulkin is making shit up, in fact I'm 99percent sure he isn't, they will have been told that it'll take x weeks, but by who?
  10. This has been the way of it from the start, but it doesn't stop the speculation and people putting their thoughts across on here. Even you have went from supremely confident to questioning it at times, it's just the way it goes.
  11. That's the issue, Qatar have plenty of it. The group trying to take over are hardly wondering where their next meal comes from like. Nah you're right, but have they got premier leagues ear already? It's a big issue, regardless what we all want to hear.
  12. Yup - it's long been my fear that all of these positive noises were coming from one source. Could easily be misguided/wrong/badly advised. Heading this way myself now.
  13. Whilst letting matty go... Canny. 'Steve Bruce telling Dan Barlaser he will be part of the senior setup next season' Fuck me man. Kill iz if that's the reality after all of this.
  14. Exactly. You can even download Kodi from the official Microsoft Store, whack on a build and you've got as much free football as you can shake a stick at. Sorry but it's nothing like kodi, kodi itself isn't illegal, nor are the boxes, it's open source. It's the people who host the addons that can be installed on Kodi/android boxes that they go after. The issue here seems to be that someone trying to buy one of their clubs was actually involved in the running/broadcasting/hosting of illegal streams. (If it isn't that then I can't see why it would even be brought up). If/when they find the source of the streams it's taken seriously, even when the supposed culprits aren't trying to buy one of their clubs If this is what is being looked into, I can see why it's taking so long. Can anyone summarise the actual allegations with regards to the piracy? I'm just assuming it's that they're saying the saudis are involved with the actual running/broadcasting of the dodgy streams.
  15. Well the UK Government have not been able to stop the IPTV app, so how can they expect the Saudis too This how can we expect to hold the saudi’s to such a high standard of policing this, when nearly every fu#%er in my office is watching illegal streams every weekend ? Should we not be getting our own house in order first. I just don’t see this stopping the takeover, Simon Bird seems to have joined the negative story club lately. Is it not that they think the saudis were actually behind/hosting the dodgy streams etc? I'll admit I haven't really read much about the ins and outs of it, but I'm fairly certain that the whole thing isn't because there are illegal streams in Saudi
  16. Neither at least that's where I'm at now. Just feels like it could go either way. Far from as positive as I was a month ago.
  17. It's almost not worth clinging to every single story that comes out.
  18. I don't really get why it's so hard. It doesn't seem like it would be beyond the technology of the telcos to detect and block the IP of an illegal stream. Obviously they can block stuff, but it's not easy for them, if it was easy all the major IPTV providers would be gone. They close it down, it moves or someone else takes it's place.
