All that tells me is Fat Sam gets players to fit his style of play and Pardew continues to force his style of play on players who are clearly not suited. I used him as an example because I love him but there's probably other examples of how bad 8 goals is. Grant Holt has 8 I think. Surely they have other forms of income. They'll be making way less than £1,000 a year so they will need to, but getting a £4,000 bonus (for no reason at all) at a job you work 5 hours a fortnight at is monumental.
