  1. Pardew can learn a thing or two from his percentage tactics, him and Pulis does it the best.
  2. hey dont misconstrue what im saying, im not saying he's lazy, im talking about teamplay as in releasing the ball to a team mate who is free to receive it. give and move, pass, and receive, work the ball with your team mates, dont hog it,. dont be selfish. he can do all trick twist and turn in that last third, in the penalty box thats nice. thats what he should do. i have no probs, but that dont excuse his nonsense when he screws up our breaks on the counter.
  3. this is the exact thing im talking about, his pure highness king arfa, had numerous chances to release the ball as his french compatriot mr cabaye was at his wings waiting for that god damn forsaken ball, but it never arrived. time after time. but oh thats ok, we choose to ignore that.
  4. to be fair i have been very emotional due to the return of that fat fuck gum chewing rhino and having him outwit our witless manager. and honestly, i have been trying to make sense of why HBA faults are ignored.
  5. It shocks me how you have that stereotype of flair players not being team players. really? when did i do that? i said HBA is not a team player, and you interpret that as " all flair players are not team players " lol i think thats more of your own view that you're trying to project onto others my friend. and you're doing it unconvincingly.
  6. Unfortunately mate, I don't think he's suddenly going to snap out of his incompetent ways and think "Oh, I know, I'll tell our players to stop hoofing the ball and play into feet! Also, I think I'll stop playing Danny Simpson AND Mike Williamson! And just to top it off...I'll play a formation that isn't a 'blob' 4-4-2!." Not having a go, btw. I just think that we're laboured with a completely clueless manager and no 'wake up call' will change that. The club should have invested enough to ensure we never had to endure these two together ever again. Harsh but the truth. You cannot carry players who dont want the ball at this level. and the ones that did want the ball, never got it.
  7. well if players like shola and obertan gets that type of treatment why shouldnt HBA. now players are exempted
  8. something Pardew can take a leaf from Brian Clough's coaching this is what he needs to tell HBA , run around the corner flag boy. "Now run round the corner flag again without the ball. Tell me, what was easier, running with the ball or without the ball?" "Without it boss," HBA says. "Well why don't you pass it on a bloody Sunday then?"
  9. i also thought he was s***, it shocks me how many fans blatently ignore his lack of team play simply because he's technically gifted. he can have all the gift in the world, if he's not a team player he's just a one man clown show. a lot of our counter attacks breaks down due to this guy believe it or not. when on the off chance we get to try a fast break down the right flank, we string one-two passes up the field, when it arrive at HBA's feet he dribbles then stop as he's beginning to be closed down by the opposition, his team mate is waiting for that pass, HBA twist and turn trying to dribble forward again, all the while he has an eternity of time to make that simple pass out. the move is lost, the attack is lost, the momentum is gone, that simple 5 yard pass that Cabaye is usually waiting to receive never arrives.
  10. Santon and Hatem were out best two by a mile. fuck off, HBA been shit as usual , he had a few moments granted but that didnt cancel out the amount of time he spent hogging the ball whilst Cabaye stood near asking for the pass. he needs to understand this is not the HBA show, this is newcastle's show and he needs to learn to pass the ball when a team mate is standing next to him waiting for the ball. be a team player not a fucking one man show.
  11. im convinced our team are not allowed to go forward unless we are a goal behind.
  12. When are you going to crawl out of his arse? I think I've been very fair tbh. He needs to take responsibility for the poor performances but players like Cisse, Cabaye and Tiote have all been poor this season. There's no real argument against that. That's because they're footballers and need a side set up to play football. How good do you think Rooney or Nani would look if Man sat back and whacked the ball long rather than push forward and play passing football? Obviously our style has never been particularly attractive, but it's the same tactics as last year and questions do have to be asked why the players are suddenly playing like s***. Our style was awful last season as well until the second half of the season where we stumbled onto a winning formula. Pardew knows how to set teams up defensively and that's his limit. After that, how to get the ball from defence to attack is purely down to the players to work out on the day by the look of it. actually thats down to John Carver, he mentioned it in a interview, Pards does the defensive organization for a few days then Carver himself take over and organize how to break the opposition down. you got to think, why is the manager himself not competent to do both?
  13. surprised no one has mentioned Pardew's most obvious excuse. suspensions.
  14. if you think thats the answer to our problems then you've mistaken. Ba did not play there for the majority of our season, we got most of our points last season from 4-4-2.

  16. dont worry lads we still got the amazing prestigious cup competition... that is the mighty Europa League, Whoopy doooo!
  17. Kevin Keegan KNEW he wanted a passing team so he coached passing and his teams passed the ball. Pardew's teams sit deep and hit long balls towards big strikers. What do you think that says about his coaching sessions? yep think most of our goals this season probably came from an assist from Tim Krul, yep booting it long and catching teams out on the break. works once in a while.
  18. exactly every player has made number sof mistake today.. Unfortunately they will. Any little error he makes will be met with groans from the crowd. Every mistake is being met with big groans. Don't know why people get more upset about it when it happens to Obertan.
  19. fixed it for you. Twenty minutes left for a limited manager to rescue a point vs a very limited side. Fixed for you touche
