Don't see what choice they were left with, can't remember a time in history when a manager announces he's leaving in the middle of the season or tournament and it doesn't end really badly. The idea was for Sterling to be further forward and for Delph to drop into the midfield, with TAA staying as an out and out wing-back. Has to be two of Henderson, Dier and RLC in midfield + Alli. Lingard or Sterling there and that midfield will get run over. It will be this IMO. Henderson Lingaard or Loftus Cheek Alli Kane Sterling Don't think it will get run over because we are playing 5 at the back
