The club have obviously let him go to be with his family and keep himself to himself whilst he battles this, which is absolutely fair. some of our supporters seem to misinterpret things to the extreme at times, instead of actually thinking it through. We're all fed up with Pardew and Ashley but this about thinking about one of ours, and crossing everything he pulls through.

Normal fundamentals that contribute to winning games. Delivery, passing, off the ball movement, motivating etc etc. We're completely devoid of any sort of game plan. The only way it can get worse is if we do actually go down, a certainty if Pardew stays.

Someone who can get our players to do the basic fundamentals of football. We might win some games then.

Hopefully when he's back playing we'll have a new manager.

If we have any sort of a 'system' it rendered De Jong irrelevant against Palace. He hardly touched the ball. Pardew giving it the biggun about De Jong, but as with most of his talented players, he is at a complete loss as how to use them.

Money off the wage bill. Two highly paid players not playing as far as Ashley's concerned, they might aswell get paid off someone else. Pardew's day's are numbered. He's under so much pressure and we're 3 games in, he won't survive 38.

By saying he's two games away from the sack? Thats making all of us practically everyone froth at the gash at the mere thought. I'm not sure whats going on behind the scenes, but Pardew can't keep losing games this season and expect to get away with it.

I mentioned this to a few Liverpool fans at work and they didn't like it. Not that the plethora of trophies they did win is a good enough comeback.

Darren Fletcher is insufferable when on Bt with Robbie Savage. He was on about that Chambers for Arsenal after their game against Palace and said he looked like he'd played 500 games at centre half. A few hours later he was getting torn to bits at Everton. The type of pundit only interested in the top four or London clubs, and if a young player has one decent game he's the next Terry/Scholes etc. Basically a right cheese ball.

No chance. Welbeck is far more intelligent and composed. Gervinho still isn't always in control of all his faculties when he's playing. Just a bizarrely confused footballer. Gervinho is a far better footballer than Welbeck.

Even if it's a loan striker, it's still gonna be another player we'll either give back coz he's s**** or not pay up if he somehow does ok. And thats even if he plays, this other one we got hasn't had a sniff so far. I'd rather we cough up serious money for someone class or don't bring anyone at all, leaving Pardew fully exposed for the absolute codswallop manager he is.

Lacazette is very decent is loaded with potential. Pardew will extract that within about 2 games though so perhaps its for the best.
